Casco protector con air-bag incorporado que consiste en la incorporación en la parte posterior del cuerpo (2) de un air-bag (4) alojado en un rehundido existente en el cuerpo esférico (2), disponiendo de un collarín protector lateral de la primera y vértebra cervical.

CASCO PROTECTOR CON AIR-BAG INCORPORADO
D E S C R I P C I Ó N
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente memoria descriptiva se refiere a un casco protector con air-bag incorporado, cuya evidente finalidad estriba a partir de la utilización del casco en cuestión, de proteger la cabeza del usuario, y mediante la utilización del air-bag, obtener medios de protección contra traumatismos frontales, laterales y dorsales, y a la vez si se dispara el air- bag incorporado, logra una mayor protección del usuario contra posibles anomalías en la columna vertebral, presentando el air-bag un depósito de gas y un cargador.
CAMPO DE LA INVENCIÓN
Esta invención tiene su aplicación dentro de la industria dedicada a la fabricación de cascos protectores para usuarios de vehículos en general.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Por parte del solicitante se desconoce la existencia en la actualidad de una invención que disponga de las características que se describen en esta memoria.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
El casco protector con air-bag incorporado que la invención propone, se configura en si mismo como una evidente novedad dentro de su campo especifico de aplicación.
De forma más concreta, el casco protector con air-bag incorporado objeto de la invención está constituido a partir de un cuerpo de material rígido que adopta la forma general próxima a una esfera, incorporando en la zona delantera y debidamente articulada para su maniobra de elevación y descenso, una visera, mientras que en la parte posterior y en coincidencia con el área de la nuca u occipital, en un rehundido existente se incorpora un air-bag.
El air-bag una vez puesto en funcionamiento, presenta la cualidad de dimanarse del mismo una amplia bolsa de planta oval y en coincidencia con la columna vertebral del cuerpo del usuario, una malla o tope fabricado en un material rígido dotado de una cierta flexibilidad, con objeto de lograr proteger la columna vertebral del usuario, y a la vez consiguiendo que a tenor de las mayores dimensiones del cuerpo emergente de la parte posterior del casco, éste en el caso de que impacte contra la superficie del suelo, siempre disponga de una zona de amortiguación.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
Para complementar la descripción que se está realizando y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características del invento, se acompaña a la presente memoria descriptiva, como parte integrante de la misma, dos hojas de planos en las cuales con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo, se ha representado lo siguiente: La figura número 1.- Representa una vista en perspectiva por la zona anterior y una vista por la parte posterior del objeto de la invención correspondiente a un casco protector con air-bag incorporado.
La figura número 2. - Representa respectivamente a una vista por la parte posterior, lateral y frontal del objeto representado en la figura número 1, en la cual aparece el air-bag en condiciones de funcionamiento.
REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN
A la vista de estas figuras, puede observarse cómo el casco protector (l)con air-bag (4) incorporado que se preconiza, está constituido a partir de un cuerpo (2) prácticamente esférico, fabricado en un material apropiado que presenta en la parte delantera, una abertura transversal protegida por un elemento (3) de material transparente, capacitado para movilizarse en sentido vertical ascendente y descendente, cubriendo la abertura del cuerpo (2) , incorporando en la parte posterior un rehundido donde se incorpora el air-bag, que genera con su actuación en caso de accidente, la salida al exterior del globo protector (5) , lo que conlleva a proteger la columna vertebral (6) del usuario del casco (1) .
El disparo del air-bag, tiene como misión evitar traumatismos frontales, laterales y dorsales, protegiendo totalmente la columna vertebral en la parte superior de la misma.
La invención está capacitada para que a tenor de la actuación del air-bag, emerja al exterior un collarín en sentido vertical descendente, que cubrirla o actuarla como protección lateral de la columna vertebral sobre las primeras y segundas vértebras cervicales .

R E I V I ND I CAC I ON E S
1.- Casco protector con air-bag incorporado, de los constituidos a partir de un cuerpo (2) que adopta la configuración prácticamente esférica, en el interior del cual se aloja la cabeza del usuario, presentando en la parte delantera una visera (3) que cierra la abertura frontal existente en el cuerpo (2) , caracterizado porque en la parte posterior del cuerpo (2) se encuentra situado un air-bag (4) alojado en un rehundido existente en el cuerpo esférico (2).
2.- Casco protector con air-bag incorporado, según la primera reivindicación, caracterizado porque a tenor de la actuación del air-bag, emerge al exterior un collarín que protege lateralmente la primera y segunda vértebra cervical.
