Abstract

L'invention concerne un bloc d'espacement à utiliser pour maintenir l'espace situé entre deux pièces adjacentes, lors de la fixation de pièces dans un étau. Les pièces peuvent être fixées à chaque position spécifique, de manière souple, selon une différence, ou une présence, ou une absence dimensionnelle de déflexion des pièces individuelles. Ce bloc d'espacement présente une base coulissante (1) guidée dans la direction de maintien de l'étau. Un coin d'entraînement (8) présentant une surface de coin d'entraînement (9), sur les deux surfaces (9) dirigées vers l'extérieur, est fixé sur une projection de guide érigée sur la base coulissante, et un dispositif d'avancement/retrait (11) permet l'avancement/retrait du coin d'entraînement dans la direction dans laquelle s'érige la projection de guide. Des deux côtés du coin d'entraînement, se trouve une paire de protège-dents (14) présentant une surface de coin d'entraînement (13) sur son côté latéral. Cette paire est amenée en contact coulissant avec la surface de coin. Un ressort de retour (18) permet de presser la paire de protège-dents dans une direction qui les rapproche mutuellement. La surface de coin d'entraînement (9) et la surface de coin entraînée (13) sont de préférence formées pour constituer une surface de coin multi-étages présentant une pluralité de surfaces de coin agencées de manière étagée.
