发明简述
本发明的目的在于为克服上述缺点而提供一种用于门窗的四角 冲铆机。
本发明提供一种用于门窗的四角冲铆机, 其主要由床身、 导轨、 拖板、 冲铆装置工作台、 齐头推拉定位装置以及气液增压装置组成, 其中, 所述的床身是一长方型框架, 所述的导轨包括两根纵向导轨, 四根横向导轨和一根连接导轨, 两根纵向导轨安装在床身两侧, 并 安装有四个可沿其纵向滑动的拖板, 拖板的上面安装有四根横向导 轨并装有可沿其横向滑动的四套冲铆装置工作台, 拖板下的轴承座 内安装有直线运动轴承, 前后两个拖板上各安装有两根横向导轨。
按照本发明的用于门窗的四角冲铆机, 其中所述的四个拖板上 面安装有与两根纵向导轨相垂直的四根横向导轨, 在四根横向导轨 上通过直线运动轴承, 轴承座安装有四个冲铆装置工作台可沿横向 导轨左右滑动, 左侧两个冲铆装置工作台由一根连接导轨连接。 每 个冲铆装置工作台上装有一组直角挡板、 两个冲铆油缸和一组反向 定位装置。
按照本发明的用于门窗的四角冲铆机, 其中所述的齐头推拉定 位装置为一纵向气虹和一横向气鉦, 所述的纵、 横向气缸的一端固 定在床身上, 另一端分别与横向导轨和左侧的连接导轨相连。 所述 的齐头气液增压装置用以控制四套冲铆装置工作台上的冲铆油缸与 反向定位装置相配合一次完成四角冲铆。保证了加工过程的可靠性。
本发明四角冲铆机的主要结构特点在于:
1)冲铆装置工作台上的反向定位装置、 工件装卸和换位均很方 便。 反向定位装置保证在冲铆力作用下, 不会使定位基准发生变化;
2)设备采用气动液压增压系统, 保证安全可靠长期稳定工作, 并具有足够的冲铆力, 适用于各种型材;
3)冲铆力可根据型材薄厚的情况不同进行调整;
4)冲铆头前后、 上下及反向定位装置均可调整, 从而可适应不 同规格的型材;
5)推拉定位装置由纵横方向的两个气缸带动完成, 纵横向导轨 的外端均设有限位挡块, 调整灵活, 适用于不同规格型材, 四角同 时装夹冲铆保证了产品的平整性, 提高了尺寸精度。
本发明的四角冲铆机的优点在于可利用型材切割后的长度和机 床的精度完成组框定位, 液压冲铆工作台可以相对平行移位, 根据 导轨的形位精度来确定冲铆装置工作台组成矩形的精度。 机床结构 紧凑, 稳固可靠, 传动灵活, 操作调整简便, 保证门窗平整性和尺 寸精度。
本发明的用于门窗的四角冲铆机能够大大方便铝门窗框的组 装, 其主要是采用四边一次定位装夹, 四角同时冲铆的工作方式, 可一次完成一扇门(窗)型材的四角连接。 采用这种设备, 使铝门窗 的生产质量得到保证, 提高了生产效率, 是一种简单可靠的工作方 式。 附图的简要说明

下面结合附图, 通过本发明的用于门窗的四角冲铆机的一个最 佳实施例, 详细描述本发明四角冲铆机的结构。
首先参看图 1和图 2 , 其分别示出了本发明的用于门窗的四角冲 铆机的主视图和俯视图。 如图 1和图 2所示, 本发明的用于门窗的四 角冲铆机具有一床身 1 , 它是一长方形框架, 床身 1左右两侧装有两 根纵向导轨 2 , 每根导轨 2上装有两个拖板 3, 该拖板 3可延纵向导轨 2 前后移动, 所述的拖板 3上装有四根横向导轨 4 , 四根横向导轨 4相互 平行, 横向导轨 4与纵向导轨 2垂直, 四根横向导轨 4上装有四个冲铆 装置工作台 5并沿横向导轨 4左右移动, 冲铆装置工作台 5上安装有两 块直角挡板 6、 两套冲铆油缸 7和反向定位装置 8 , 床身右侧面有一根 连接导轨 9, 该连接导轨 9与床身左侧两个冲铆装置工作台 5连接, 两 个工作台 5可沿连接导轨 9前后移动。
如图 2所示, 本发明的用于门窗的四角冲铆机的四根相互平行的 横向导轨 4和其上安装的四个冲铆装置工作台 5组成一个长方形框 架。其四角冲铆机利用四根横向导轨 4良好的平行性与两根纵向导轨 2和一根连接导轨 9的垂直度能确定门窗框的平面性尺寸精度。
如图所示, 推拉定位装置由横向工作气缸 10、 纵向工作气缸 11 和连接导轨 9以及横向导轨 4组成。 横向工作气缸 10的固定端安装在 床身 1右侧的框架上, 活塞端与连接导轨 9相连。 当横向工作气虹工 作时, 通过连接导轨 9拖动右侧两个冲铆工作台 5横向移动, 纵向工 作气缸 11的固定端安装在床身 1的下框上, 并与横向工作气缸 10垂 直,纵向工作气缸 11工作时带动上面两横向导轨 4及两个冲铆装置工 作台 5做纵向移动。

1、 一种用于门窗的四角冲铆机, 主要由床身、 导轨、 拖板、 冲 铆装置工作台、 齐头推拉定位装置及气液增压装置组成, 其特征在 于所述的床身是一长方型框架, 所述的导轨包括两才艮纵向导轨, 四 根横向导轨和一根连接导轨, 两根纵向导轨安装在床身两侧, 并安 装有四个可沿其纵向滑动的拖板, 拖板的上面安装有四根横向导轨 并装有可沿其横向滑动的四套冲铆装置工作台, 拖板下的轴承座内 安装有直线运动轴承, 前后两个拖板上各安装有两根横向导轨, 所 述的齐头推拉定位装置为一纵向气缸和一横向气缸, 所述的纵横向 气缸的一端固定在床身上, 另一端分别与横向导轨和左侧的连接导 轨相连。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的用于门窗的四角冲铆机, 其特征在于 所述的四个拖板上面安装有四根横向导轨与两根纵向导轨相垂直, 在四根横向导轴轨上通过直线运动轴承, 轴承座安装有四个冲铆装 置工作台可沿横向导轨左右滑动, 左侧两个冲铆装置工作台由一根 连接导轨连接。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的用于门窗的四角沖铆机, 其特征在于 每个所述的冲铆装置工作台上装有一组直角挡板、 两个沖铆油缸和 一组反向定位装置。
