Definitions
- the invention relates to a transport trolley, in particular for being carried in vehicles according to claim 1.
- Transport trolleys that have a chassis that can be swiveled open relative to a shopping cart are particularly suitable for realizing the project.
- Such trolleys are known, inter alia, from DE 19611543 and DE 19812119. They can be used to set down the goods to be transported, but only in the edge area of the loading area and not without jerks, which leads to handling disadvantages, particularly when the goods are removed from the vehicle.
- the transport trolley is formed from the sub-assemblies named chassis, load-carrying device and storage device.
- chassis load-carrying device
- storage device In practice and literature there are numerous examples of their manufacture and design, in order to enable the pivotable and displaceable arrangement of a load-carrying device, for example a loading platform, container or frame, on a chassis, which is why a general description that goes beyond the description of the figures Description is waived.
- the storage facility is the linchpin of the trolley.
- the storage facility is formed from linear units and locking means. All known embodiments of telescopic rails as well as all types of sliding or rolling linear guides are referred to here as linear units.
- a first exemplary embodiment is based on telescopic rails, the support rails of which are arranged in a fixed position on the container along the opposing outer side surfaces of a rectangular container with an inclination of their longitudinal axis with respect to the horizontally running longitudinal axis of the container.
- the runner rails are pivotally articulated in the front area with a pivot axis running at right angles to the sliding direction by means of pivots or the like on the inner sides of the support bars and with their free ends in the rear region by means of upstanding locking means on the support bars or the crossbeams arranged between them, and releasably locked ,
- the self-locking locking means for example in the form of locking parts or snappers with compression springs, also have the function of spacers to compensate for the height difference in a driving division of the transport carriage, which are differentiated by the position of the inclined plane to the horizontal longitudinal axes of the load-bearing device and Tragholmen results.
- the items transported by the transport trolley can be moved like a drawer into an open vehicle load space and can be placed horizontally on the loading surface, whereby after releasing the lock, the relieved chassis can be swung open by about 90 ° and, guided linearly, can also be pushed into the load space ,
- the procedural rules apply analogously, but in the reverse order.
- the linear units are releasably latched to the load-carrying devices in order to form a modularly opened change-over system, so that, for example for commercial users, several - load-carrying devices - are conveyed in succession with only one transport trolley can be or several compatible designed load suspension devices and chassis are interchangeable;
- the undersides of the load-bearing devices have wheels with which they can also be used separately, for example as roller pallets or roller boxes, or can be moved further on the loading surface of the vehicle, in particular when the chassis is in the transport position;
- individual components or assemblies of the chassis for example the floor assembly equipped with rollers and the support frame group accommodating the storage device, can be pivoted against one another onto the upstanding support elements connecting them in order to be able to store the transport trolley in a space-saving manner when not in use;
- St ⁇ mseitfg is arranged in the lower region of the chassis at least one wheel with which the
- Load suspension devices are also formed on frames or gallows-like rods, in or on which e.g. Bags, pouches, sacks, textile-loaded clothes hangers or items stored in straps can be hung.
- FIG. 1 shows a transpoil wagon according to the invention as an exploded view in a cabinet projection.
- Rg.2 to Rg.5 show a simplified side view of the transport carriage according to FIG. 1 to show the essential positions between a driving position and a transport position, the load suspension device being differently dimensioned compared to FIG. 1 and shown with dashed lines for reasons of improved clarity.
- 1 shows a transport trolley 1 on a driving contact area A, which has a chassis 2 equipped with wheels and a load suspension device 3 in the form of a wire basket, which is mounted and fixed between the carrying bars 4, 5 of the chassis 2 by means of a bearing device 6.
- a chassis 2 and the wire basket 3 do not require a detailed description.
- the bearing device 6 consists of the telescopic rails 7, 8 and the locking means 9.
- the basic length of the rails 7, 8 corresponds approximately to the length of the support bars 4, 5 and the wire basket 3.
- the TeleskopschJenen-7, 8 are formed from not shown here individually Carrier rails 12 with a C-shaped profile cross section and linearly extendable runner rails 13 guided therein.
- the runner rails 13 cannot be fully inserted into the carrier rails 12, so that end pieces 14, which protrude from the carrier rails 12, form.
- the support rails 12 are placed with their back surface 12 'along the contour line E on the outer sides 10 of the wire basket 3 and fixed in position.
- the runner rails 13 are pivotally attached to the inside of the support bars 4, 5 by means of screw pins, not shown here.
- the locking means 9, shown here only as a single piece, are arranged in the position marked by the lines M on the crossmember 11 in the direction of extension of the runner rails 13 so that when the driving gesture 2 is pivoted out of the transport position into the driving position, the projecting end pieces 14 of the runner rails 13 the spring-loaded bearing latch 15 is forced to press into the locking means 9 so that it can then be mounted in a height-fixed manner between the bearing surface 16 and the bearing surface 17 of the bearing latch 15 which is automatically pivoted out again: the release of the locking takes place by actuating the release lever which is operatively connected to the bearing latch 15 18th
- FIG. 2 shows the trolley 1 in the driving position, which is pushed in the direction R up to the rear end of a motor vehicle, the load-bearing device 3 being partially located above the vehicle loading area F due to the T-shaped chassis 2.
- the locks on the rails are released, whereupon the load-carrying device 3 completely reaches the loading area F along the inclined plane E, as shown in FIG. Be in this position, the only indicated here locking means 9 is detached, the chassis 2 can swing open about the pivot point S by about 9 ⁇ 9 in the direction R as shown by Fig.4. From this position, the chassis 2 is linearly guided along the inclined plane E, can be moved completely onto the vehicle loading area F and can be supported in a transport position, as can be seen from FIG. 5.
