Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de produit tissé en fibre de cellulose à stabilité de forme qui consiste en une étape d'immersion destinée à imprégner le produit tissé avec un liquide de traitement contenant un agent stabilisateur de forme, une étape d'évacuation du liquide destinée à évacuer du produit tissé une quantité excessive de ce liquide de traitement, une étape de séchage destinée à évacuer par vaporisation un solvant présent dans le liquide de traitement fixé sur ce produit tissé, une étape de repassage destinée à repasser les plis du produit tissé et une étape de traitement destinée à faire réagir l'agent stabilisateur de forme fixé au produit, donnant ainsi une stabilité de forme à ce produit tissé. Cette invention concerne aussi une amélioration qui consiste à utiliser un agent stabilisateur de forme qui ne donne pas de sous produit formaldéhyde, qui comprend la mise en oeuvre d'une étape de lissage des plis préalable à l'étape d'immersion et qui consiste à pratiquer les étapes d'immersion, d'évacuation du liquide et de séchage susmentionnées dans des conditions telles que le produit tissé ne présente pas de plis.
