Abstract
Cette invention concerne de l'eau de refroidissement circulant dans un radiateur de véhicule et pouvant réduire la consommation de carburant de ce véhicule, un liquide contenant de la poudre de tourmaline étant utilisé comme eau de refroidissement dans le radiateur pour acheminer l'eau de refroidissement présentant des propriétés électriques sur l'extérieur d'un cylindre du moteur de manière activer les ions d'un mélange air-carburant dans le cylindre. Cette invention permet ainsi au mélange air-carburant d'être complètement brûlé, d'accroître la puissance et de réduire la consommation de carburant, ce qui permet de produire un effet de réduction de la contamination provoquée par l'émission de gaz d'échappement.
