背景技术
现有的钢铸轧辊冷却采用喷冷却水和自然冷却相结合,但是这个过程会增加轧辊含碳量,而且冷却效果不佳,所以必须使用更好的冷却水。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种钢铸轧辊冷却水的配置方法。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种钢铸轧辊冷却水的配置方法,各组分按重量百分比是:Fe2O3:65%-75%,CaO:20%-25%,MgO:5%-8%,SiO2:4%,Si:0.4%-0.7%,其余为H2O。
本发明的有益效果是:本方法缩短了生产周期,提高了生产效率,同时又节约了生产成本。

一种钢铸轧辊冷却水的配置方法,各组分按重量百分比是:Fe2O3:70%,CaO:21%,MgO:7%,SiO2:4%,Si:0.6%,其余为H2O。
