Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Golf-Tee, das in einem Hohlraum (11) einen Gegenstand enthält, wobei es sich bei dem Gegenstand insbesondere um einen Informationsträger (13) handelt.

Description

Golf-Tee
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Golf-Tee nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1.
Golf-Tees sind in den verschiedensten Ausführungen bekannt. Sie werden regelmäßig beim Schlagen eines Golfballes vom Abschlag weg verwendet. Zu diesem Zweck ist das Golf-Tee etwa nageiförmig ausgestaltet und besitzt ein Kopfteil, in dessen Stirnfläche eine Mulde eingeformt ist, in der der Golfball abgelegt wird.
Üblicherweise bestehen solche Golf-Tees aus Holz oder einem Kunststoffmaterial. Da solche Golf-Tees häufig beim Abschlagen eines Golfballes vom Golfschläger getroffen und zerstört oder zumindest beschädigt werden oder aber soweit weggeschleudert werden, dass sich eine Nachsuche nicht lohnt, bleiben die Golf-Tees bzw. die Reste davon üblicherweise auf dem Golfplatz liegen und müssen vom Platzpersonal mühsam eingesammelt und entsorgt werden. Aus diesem Grunde ist es beispielsweise aus der DE 196 02 528 AI bekannt, Golf-Tees aus einem verrottbaren Faserverbundwerkstoff herzustellen, der im wesentlichen aus Baumwolle, Jute, Flachs oder Kokosfasern besteht. Ein weiteres biologisches Golf-Tee, das aus einem biologisch abbaubaren Nudelteig besteht, geht aus der DE 43 14 978 AI hervor .
Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht darin, ein Golf-Tee zu schaffen, das bei dem Golfspielen eine größere Akzeptanz findet, als dies bei den bekannten Golf-Tees der Fall ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch ein Golf-Tee mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruches 1 gelöst.
Der wesentliche Vorteil besteht darin, dass das erfindungsgemäße Golf-Tee in einem Hohlraum einen Informationsträger, vorzugsweise einen Zettel oder dergleichen, aufweist, der mit einer Information, beispielsweise in der Form eines lustigen Spruches zum Thema Golf oder einem Horoskop, bedruckt ist. Der Zettel wird freigegeben, wenn das Golf-Tee beim Abschlagen eines Golfballes zerstört wird. Vom Golfspieler werden die Reste des Golf-Tees aufgehoben, damit ein Zugriff zu dem freigelegten Zettel erfolgen kann. Auf diese Weise kann einerseits die Botschaft des Zettels gelesen werden und können andererseits die aufgehobenen Reste des Golf-Tees vom Golfspieler mitgeführt und entsorgt werden, sodass sie den Abschlagplatz nicht verschmutzen und das Platzpersonal entlastet wird.
Bei einer besonders bevorzugten Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht das Golf-Tee in an sich bekannter Weise aus einem verrottbaren Material, in das der genannte Hohlraum mit dem Informationsträger eingeformt ist. Als Informationsträger eignet sich gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ein zu einer kleinen Rolle aufgewickelter Zettel, der in einem sich in der Längsrichtung des Schaftes des Golf-Tees erstreckenden Hohlraum enthalten ist. Als Informationen eignen sich für Golfspieler als witzig empfundene Sprüche, Zeichnungen, Horoskope und dergleichen. Es ist auch denkbar, den Informationsträger zusätzlich oder ausschließlich als Werbeträger zu verwenden.
Im folgenden werden die Erfindung und deren Ausgestaltungen im Zusammenhang mit den Figuren näher erläutert. Es zeigen:
Figur 1 in perspektivische Darstellung ein Golf-Tee;
Figur 2 einen Längsschnitt durch das Golf-Tee der Figur 1;
Figur 3 ein beim Abschlag beschädigtes Golf-Tee, wobei der Informationsträger sichtbar ist; und
Figur 4 einen Informationsträger in der Form eines Zettels.
Gemäß Figur 1 besteht ein an sich bekanntes Golf-Tee 1 aus einem Schaftteil 3, an dessen einem Ende sich eine Spitze 5 befindet, die das Eindrücken des Golf-Tee 1 in den Untergrund erleichtert. An der der Spitze 5 gegenüberliegenden Seite besitzt das Golf-Tee 1 ein etwa tellerförmiges Kopfteil 7, in dem sich eine Mulde 9 befindet, in der ein Golfball zum Abschlag ablegbar ist.
Üblicherweise kann das Golf-Tee aus einem Kunststoffmaterial oder aus einem biologisch abbaubaren Material, beispielsweise aus Naturfasern oder dergleichen bestehen. Im Inneren des Golf-Tees 1 befindet sich ein Hohlraum 11 zur Aufnahme eines Informationsträgers 13, vorzugsweise in der Form eines mit einer Information bedruckten Papierstreifens oder Zettels. Der Hohlraum 11 verläuft vorzugsweise in Längsrichtung des Schaftteiles 3, wobei der Informationsträger 13 dann insbesondere die Form eines zu einer kleinen Rolle aufgewickelten Zettels aufweist. Die Rolle wird bei der Herstellung des Golf-Tees 1 in den Hohlraum 11 eingebracht.
Gemäß Figur 3 wird das Golf-Tee 1 beim Abschlagen beschädigt, sodass das Kopfteil 7 vom Schaftteil 3 abgetrennt bzw. abgebrochen wird und der in dem Hohlraum 11 enthaltene Zettel wenigstens teilweise frei liegt, sodass er aus dem Schaftteil 3 entnommen und gelesen werden kann.
Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass anstelle des Informationsträgers 13 auch andere Gegenstände im Hohlraum 11 angeordnet sein können. Anstelle des beschriebenen Zettels können z.B. auch kleine Figuren oder Süßigkeiten (z. B. Liebesperlen) oder Fotographien in dem Hohlraum 11 enthalten sein. Von Bedeutung ist es dabei, dass das Interesse der Golfspieler geweckt wird, zu dem in dem Golf- Tee 1 enthaltenen Informationsträger bzw. Gegenstand Zugriff zu erhalten.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Golf-Tee, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es in einem Hohlraum (11) einen Gegenstand enthält.
2. Golf-Tee nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gegenstand eine Figur, Fotographie oder Süßigkeit ist.
3. Golf-Tee nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gegenstand ein Informationsträger (13) ist.
4. Golf-Tee nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aus Kunststoff besteht.
5. Golf-Tee nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aus Holz besteht.
6. Golf-Tee nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aus einem biologisch abbaubaren Material besteht.
7. Golf-Tee nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Hohlraum (11) im wesentlichen in der Längsrichtung des Schaftes (3) erstreckt .
8. Golf-Tee nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Hohlraum (11) über wenigstens einen Teil der Länge des Schaftteiles (3) und des Kopfteiles (7) erstreckt.
9. Golf-Tee nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Informationsträger (13) die Form eines mit einer Information bedruckten Zettels besitzt .
10. Golf-Tee nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zettel mit einem Spruch, einem Werbetext, einer Zeichnung oder einem Horoskop bedruckt ist.
11. Golf-Tee nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Informationsträger (13) die Form eines zu einer kleinen Rolle aufgewickelten Zettels oder Papierstreifens besitzt.
