Definitions
- the invention relates to a control cabinet with at least two lower lateral profile rails providing a support surface and a base plate which can be placed and fastened thereon.
- the base plate is generally connected to the support surface of the profile rail by means of a clip provided for this purpose.
- the clamp usually has a screw that provides the necessary pressure between the base plate and the contact surface.
- the general rule for attaching the floor surface in a control cabinet is that it can be attached to and removed from the interior of the control cabinet when it is set up.
- the effort required to connect the profile rail to the base plate is an important criterion with regard to the suitability of the connecting element.
- the clamps or clamps used hitherto have proven themselves in use, but are complex because they have to be aligned and tightened by hand.
- the grounding of the floor slabs the same usually has to be provided with a passage opening in order to carry out the grounding.
- the object of the invention is to provide a control cabinet of the known type, in which the attachment and removal of floor panels is possible with little effort and in a simple manner from the interior of the control cabinet.
- the connecting element can be designed as a screw with a self-tapping thread.
- a screw fulfills all requirements placed on the connecting element, the screw can simply be inserted from above into a hole in the row of holes and held there in its position.
- the width of the base plate can correspond to the distance between the opposing profile rails plus the section of the contact surfaces of the profile rails which is arranged next to the rows of holes and faces the control cabinet interior. This measure ensures a sufficient width of the base plate and thus a secure support of the same.
- edge legs facing away from the interior of the control cabinet can be formed, leaving the edge area of the base plate lying on the support surface free.
- This additionally facilitates the installation of the base plate, since the legs which are bent downward represent a fixing aid, since an orientation of the base plate which is essentially parallel to the row of holes is achieved.
- the width of the edge legs can advantageously correspond to the distance between the opposing profile rails. This measure brings about an additional fixation of the base plate, since these are already fixed within the base region of the control cabinet by the downwardly directed edge legs which extend between the profile rails.
- the edge legs can extend downward at an angle of 90 °.
- this ensures that the legs of the base plates do not interfere with one another.
- the self-retaining connecting element and the base plate can advantageously be coated with zinc. This measure has proven itself in practice, particularly with regard to earthing.
- three base plates can be arranged parallel to one another on the support surface. Since it is possible to work with shorter base plates, installation is again easier, since these shorter base plates are easier to handle.
- the individual base plates can be arranged next to one another at a predetermined distance. Such a gap between the individual floor panels enables, e.g. insert a cable into the interior of the control cabinet without the need for complex measures.
- Figure 1 a three-dimensional view of a portion of a lower one
- Profile rail a piece of a base plate fastened thereon and a connecting element
- Figure 2 a three-dimensional representation of the bottom plate area
- FIG. 1 a section of a lower cabinet interior is shown in a three-dimensional view. In detail, a section of a profile rail 1 and a base plate 2 and a connecting element 3 connecting them are shown.
- the profile rail 1 here has a horizontal support leg 4, of which two profile legs 5, 6 are bent at right angles to extend upwards.
- the support surface 7 is bent from the inner profile leg 6 facing the switch cabinet interior in such a way that it extends perpendicular to the profile leg 6 and parallel to the support leg 4 to the profile leg 5.
- the support surface 7 is provided over its entire length parallel to the profile leg 5 with a row of holes.
- the individual holes are preferably round and arranged at regular intervals from one another.
- the row of holes is arranged in the section of the support surface 7 facing the profile leg 5.
- the profile rail 1 can in this case be formed in one piece with the side wall, the profile leg 5 in this case representing a section of the side wall, or as a frame rail which is independent of the side wall and to which a side wall can then be attached.
- the base plate 2 consists essentially of a rectangular plate 9, which is inserted horizontally into the switch cabinet interior and rests on the support surface 7 with its edge regions 10 facing the profile rails 1.
- the dimension of the base plate 2 is such that the edge region 10 of the base plate 2 on the support surface 7 only extends as far as the row of holes, so that it is still freely accessible.
- the base plate 2 is provided in one piece with bevelled edge legs 11 on the edges extending perpendicularly to the support surface 7. These edge legs 11 are formed by kinking a part of the base plate, the edge leg 11 being bent downwards at an angle of 90 ° from the rectangular plate, facing away from the interior of the control cabinet.
- the edge leg 11 does not extend over the entire edge surface of the rectangular plate 9, but rather over the area formed between the opposing profile legs 6, so that the edge area 10 resting on the support surface 7 is left out. Furthermore, the edge leg 11 is preferably somewhat shorter than the profile leg 6, so that a gap is formed in the installed state between the edge leg 11 and the floor.
- the connecting element 3 is a screw with a self-tapping thread, i.e. the screw is inserted into the hole 8 in the row of holes and cuts a counter-thread into the hole 8 with the thread formed on the screw. This damages the surface of the hole.
- the screw head lies partially on the base plate 2 after attachment and thus provides an additional pressing force.
- the connecting element 3 and the profile rail 1 are provided with zinc-coated surfaces, an electrically conductive connection between the base plate 2 of the profile rail 1 and the connecting element 3 is produced at the same time. In this way, these elements can be connected to the same electrical potential.
- FIG 2 the lower region of a control cabinet is again shown in the assembled state, with three base plates being arranged side by side.
- the base plates extend between the opposing profile rails 1.
- the individual base plates can have different widths and be arranged at a predetermined distance 14 from one another.
- the base plate 14 immediately adjacent to a control cabinet wall and the base plate 15 running parallel thereto are arranged relative to one another in such a way that an open base area 16 is formed between the two base plates.
- this open floor area 16 is used for the passage of cables 17 which have been led below the floor plates to the desired point in the interior of the control cabinet.
- the cables below the bottom plate provided rail 18 can be guided to the intended place by means of guides 19 which can be fastened thereon.
- the size of the base plate and the distance between them can be chosen as desired, this enables cable ducts to be formed in a very simple manner at any point within the interior of the control cabinet. If desired, the resulting open areas 16 can be additionally sealed by suitable measures.
- each base plate is locked on each profile rail 1 in the connecting element. This ensures that all elements are grounded.
