Abstract

Es wird ein Verfahren zum Befüllen eines Druckmittelspeichers mit einem Gehäuse (1) vorgeschlagen, dessen Innenraum durch einen als Medientrennungselement dienenden metallischen Faltenbalg (2) in zwei Kammern (3, 4) unterteilt ist, wobei die erste Kammer (3) mit einem Gas und die zweite Kammer (4) mit einer Flüssigkeit gefüllt ist und wobei in einem hydraulischen anschluss (5) ein bodenventil (6) vorgesehen ist, dessen Schliesskörper (7) durch das Medientrennungselement (2) betätigbar ist und das ein Befüllen der zweiten Kammer (4) mit Flüssigkeit ermöglicht und ein vollständiges Entleeren der zweiten Kammer (4) verhindert. Damit die vorhin genannten Kammern (3, 4) mit entsprechenden Medien zuverlässig gefüllt werden können, ohne dass der Faltenbalg (2) beschädigt wird wird erfindungsgemäss eine Kombination der folgenden Verfahrenschritte vorgeschlagen: a) Evakuieren der zweiten Kammer, b) Befüllen der zweiten Kammer mit Druckmittel, und c) Einfüllen des Gases in die erste Kammer.
