Abstract

Soupape à gaz d'un dispositif de chargement de haut fourneau. La soupape comprend un corps hermétique dans lequel est disposé un tube avec un siège de soupape et un champignon d'étanchéité fixé sur un levier, relié à des mécanismes de retrait et de pivotement qui comprennent des arbres rotatifs. La soupape à gaz se distingue en ce que le levier comporte une protubérance en fourche dont un logement est en contact permanent avec les surfaces latérales d'une dent montée à l'extrémité de l'arbre rotatif du mécanisme de retrait et est relié à l'arbre rotatif du mécanisme de pivotement au moyen d'une charnière, de façon que l'axe de la charnière puisse coïncider avec l'axe de l'arbre rotatif du mécanisme de retrait lors du retrait du champignon. Les axes des arbres rotatifs des mécanismes de pivotement et de retrait sont perpendiculaires les uns aux autres, et pendant le pivotement du champignon les surfaces de contact de la dent sont perpendiculaires à l'axe de l'arbre pivotant du mécanisme d'orientation du champignon. Il est également possible de mettre en oeuvre une soupape à gaz dans laquelle le levier est fait avec une dent dont les surfaces latérales sont en contact permanent avec le logement de la protubérance en fourche, fixée à l'extrémité de l'arbre rotatif du mécanisme de retrait. Les modes de réalisation de l'invention permettent d'augmenter la fiabilité de fonctionnement de la soupape à gaz, simplifier la construction de cette dernière et réduire les dimensions du dispositif de chargement.
