Claims (8)
- 往復動エンジンの動力を、エンジンの吸気を加圧する過給機に伝達する動力伝達装置であって、
前記エンジンから前記過給機への動力伝達は、エンジン側はすば歯車と過給機側はすば歯車とからなるはすば歯車対を介して行われ、
前記過給機側はすば歯車は、前記過給機の回転軸の軸方向に移動可能に支持され、
前記過給機側はすば歯車に軸方向の押圧力を付与する押圧手段が設けられ、
前記エンジン側はすば歯車は、遊星歯車機構におけるリング歯車であり、
前記過給機側はすば歯車は、前記遊星歯車機構における遊星歯車であり、
前記過給機側はすば歯車は、前記過給機の羽根車が固定された過給機回転軸に動力を伝達し、
前記遊星歯車は、前記過給機のケースに固定される支持軸に回転自在に支持されている過給機の動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1に記載の過給機の動力伝達装置において、前記はすば歯車は、前記過給機の羽根車が固定された前記回転軸に、前記羽根車に作用する吸引反力を相殺する方向に軸力を発生させる過給機の動力伝達装置。
- 請求項2に記載の過給機の動力伝達装置において、前記押圧手段は、前記吸引反力と反対方向に前記遊星歯車を押圧する過給機の動力伝達装置。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の過給機の動力伝達装置において、前記ケースから前記支持軸を介して潤滑油を前記押圧手段と前記遊星歯車との摺動部分に導く潤滑通路が形成されている過給機の動力伝達装置。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の過給機の動力伝達装置において、前記押圧手段は、前記過給機側はすば歯車の支持軸の近傍に配置されている過給機の動力伝達装置。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の過給機の動力伝達装置において、前記押圧手段は、ばね体とそのばね力を受けて前記過給機側はすばを押圧するスラスト板とを有し、
前記過給機側はすば歯車は、複数の針状ころを介して支持軸に回転自在に支持されており、
一対の前記スラスト板が前記針状ころの軸方向外側に近接して配置されている過給機の動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の過給機の動力伝達装置において、前記押圧手段は、ばね体とそのばね力を受けて前記過給機側はすば歯車を押圧するスラスト板とを有し、
前記ばね体は皿ばねであり、前記過給機側はすば歯車の支持軸にこの皿ばねのばね力を受けるサークリップが取り付けられ、
前記皿ばねが、前記サークリップと前記過給機のケースとの間で圧縮されている過給機の動力伝達装置。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の過給機の動力伝達装置において、前記押圧手段は、前記遊星歯車と前記過給機のケースとの間に介在されたばね体を有し、
前記ばね体は、前記過給機のケースに対して前記遊星歯車を押圧する過給機の動力伝達装置。
