Abstract

L'invention concerne une surface en plastique pourvue d'un revêtement appliqué au moyen d'un procédé de pulvérisation thermique, ainsi qu'un procédé pour la production de ce revêtement. Selon l'invention, on applique d'abord une couche de fond sur la surface en plastique en tant que corps de base au moyen d'un procédé de pulvérisation thermique, puis on applique sur la couche de fond un revêtement fonctionnel produit également au moyen d'un procédé de pulvérisation thermique. La couche de fond et le revêtement fonctionnel se distinguent par leur composition matérielle. Conviennent notamment comme couche de fond le zinc, les alliages au zinc, les alliages d'aluminium ou les matériaux à réaction exothermique lors de la pulvérisation. La couche de fond est notamment appliquée par projection à l'arc électrique, par projection à la flamme ou par projection au gaz froid.
