Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé de fixation de nanotubes de carbone comportant les étapes suivantes: formation d'un film de nanotube de carbone (1) sur un élément plane temporaire; formation d'une couche adhésive (3) sur le nanotube de carbone pour fixer le film (1) sur un substrat; transfert sur le substrat du film (1) et de la couche adhésive (3), et retrait de l'élément temporaire. On obtient ainsi un nanotube de carbone uniformément et densément réparti sur une grande surface.
