参见附图 3 及附图 4， 其它部件与实施例 1 相同， 只是所述连杆 (3) 的一端部可转动连接于所述的篮框杆 （7) 与前腿 （2) 的可转动 连接处后部的篮框杆 （7) 上， 所述的连杆 （3) 的另一端部可转动连 接于所述的后腿 （8) 与前腿 （2) 的可转动连接处的下部的后腿 （8) 上。 附图 1 及附图 3 两个实施例仅为童车的一个侧部， 而另一个侧部 的结构与其相对称， 两个侧部之间用横连杆或十字撑相连接， 如果用 横连杆相连接且推手杆为 "U"形杆， 则本发明为一般的推车； 如果两 个侧支架用十字撑相连接， 两个侧支架的推手杆之间不相连， 则本发 明为伞把式推车， 所述的篮框杆 （7) 的后部可转动连接有倾斜的靠背 杆 （6) , 而所述的篮框杆 7上挂有篮框， 如附图 3所示。 本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点：
(1) 折叠后， 前轮与后轮基同对整个车体形成支撑， 使得童车 能够自立。
(2) 车体的连接杆件少， 结构简单， 因此生产成本低。

Claims

权利 要 求书
1. 一种童车， 包括：
推手；
两个侧支架， 对称设置， 包括前腿， 设置于其下的前轮， 后腿和 设置于其下的后轮；
座位， 设置于两侧支架之间；
扶手， 其前端与后腿的上端部可转动连接， 其后端与推手可转动 连接；
其中， 所述前腿与所述后腿相交叉且可在交叉处转动连接， 推手 与所述前腿的上端部可转动连接。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的童车， 其特征在于： 所述的前腿与所述 的后腿的可转动连接处的下方的前腿上可转动连接有基本上水平设置 的篮框杆， 在篮框杆与侧支架之间设置有分别与它们转动连接的连杆。
3. 根据权利要求 2 所述的童车， 其特征在于： 所述的连杆的一端 部可转动连接于所述的篮框杆与前腿的可转动连接处前部的篮框杆 上， 所述的连杆的另一端部可转动连接于所述的扶手杆的前部或所述 的后腿的上部。
4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的童车， 其特征在于： 所述的连杆的另一 端部与所述的扶手杆的前部及所述的后腿的上端部共轴可转动连接。
5. 根据权利要求 2 所述的童车， 其特征在于： 所述的连杆的一端 部可转动连接于所述的篮框杆与前腿的可转动连接处后部的篮框杆 上， 所述的连杆的另一端部可转动连接于所述的后腿与前腿的可转动 连接处的下部的后腿上。
6. 根据权利要求 2所述的童车， 其特征在于： 所述的篮框杆的后 部可转动连接有倾斜的靠背杆。
