Abstract

L'invention concerne un disque rotatif consommable pour l'usinage de surfaces. Ce disque présente une couche servant à l'usinage des matériaux et fixée au moyen d'un liant sur une surface de support de la face d'un corps de base qui se présente également sous forme d'un disque, utilisé avec le disque rotatif. Ce corps de base moulé par injection est doté d'un moyeu central (6) dans lequel est logé un arbre d'entraînement du disque rotatif. La surface de support est prévue sur une zone circulaire autour du moyeu (6), et une première zone de la section circulaire du corps de base, disposée radialement plus à l'intérieur par rapport à la surface de support, constitue un premier profil nervuré (30a, 30b, 32) présentant des nervures croisées séparées par des espaces ouverts. Selon l'invention, une deuxième zone de la section circulaire du corps de base (4), disposée sur le côté arrière de la surface de support, constitue un second profil nervuré (30b, 30c, 30d, 32) présentant des nervures croisées séparées par des espaces ouverts.
