- the invention relates to a liquid spray pump of the type comprising: [a] a jacket, which defines a longitudinal axis, [b] a piston, capable of being introduced, at least partially, into the jacket, and which is capable of being displaced along the length of the sleeve along the length of the shaft, [c] at least one annular lip, which bends a section, perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, of the piston, and [d] a hollow interior space , defined between the sleeve and the piston.
- Spray pumps of the type indicated at the beginning are known. They are used in a multitude of applications for manual pumping of liquid or more or less viscous products, the pump being operated by means of a push button, a drive lever, etc. In general they are used for cleaning products, DIY, cosmetics, gardening, etc.
- These pumps are usually made of plastic materials, such as polyethylene and polypropylene, so they can be more or less sensitive to the products they pump, particularly if these products contain aggressive elements, organic solvents, gels, lacquers or other compounds that can alter the properties of the plastics that form the pump.
