Abstract

L'invention concerne un mécanisme de déplacement de chariot de pont roulant à portique, comportant des palonniers, des crochets qui sont accouplés aux palonniers, des treuils mobiles pour lever les crochets et des chariots qui se déplacent le long d'une flèche conjointement avec les palonniers. Ledit mécanisme de déplacement de chariot se caractérise en ce que des premier et deuxième câbles en acier conçus pour déplacer les chariots sont installés dans la flèche, dans le sens de la longueur de celle-ci, et se déplacent lorsqu'ils sont alimentés en énergie par une source externe. Par ailleurs, sont installés dans le mécanisme de déplacement de chariot, sur chaque chariot, un dispositif de support de câbles en acier permettant d'accoupler un chariot à un câble en acier, par la combinaison d'un premier et d'un deuxième câble en acier, et un dispositif de déblocage conçu pour dégager un câble en acier du dispositif de support de câbles en acier. De plus, sont installés sous le treuil mobile, un élément de guidage permettant d'arrêter le mouvement d'un chariot par la séparation d'un câble en acier de son support par l'actionnement du dispositif de déblocage sur un chariot qui arrive sous le treuil, et un moyen mobile qui transfère les chariots et les palonniers du premier câble en acier au deuxième câble en acier ou dans le sens inverse, selon un mouvement de va-et-vient simultané entre les premier et deuxième câble en acier. Ainsi, plusieurs chariots et palonniers déplacent la marchandise tout en circulant le long d'une flèche, de sorte que la vitesse de chargement et de déchargement est élevée.
