Definitions
- Container bridge for loading ship containers The invention relates to a container bridge for the loading of shipping containers according to the features of the main claim.
- containers are "cleared” by means of container cranes that can be moved over the ship at a quay, that is to say set from the ship to a waiting position on land, whereby a trolley is usually found at a container bridge with a spreader.
- the trolley with spreader transports the container between land and ship, the trolley is horizontally reciprocated between ship and land and the spreader is raised by the trolley vertically over crane ropes and sold.
- From practice container bridges with two trolleys are known in which the trolleys park the container from the ship to an intermediate platform and a second trolley picks up the container from the intermediate platform and turns it off to the desired location on land.
- the use of two simultaneously operating trolleys each individually must grip the container, although the speed of each trolley are increased, but ultimately only a little trajectory is saved and achieved no substantial increase in Entladekapaztician a container bridge.
- EP 1 606 210 describes a variant in which several spreaders work at the same time on the ship, but the paths for the bridge driver and the rapid provision of a free spreader are not improved.
- container bridges are known for example from WO00 / 48937 AI and DE 197 03 282 AI.
- the invention has now set itself the task of increasing the loading capacity of a container bridges, after it has been found that the number of gantry cranes the
- CONFIRMATION COPY can be used for the simultaneous extinguishment of a ship, can hardly be increased.
- the spreaders should include any type, including “twin”, “tandem” and “single”.
- the object is achieved by the container bridge with the features mentioned in claim 1.
- the subclaims reflect advantageous embodiments of the invention.
- the set-down / raise operation would not be unlocked solely by docking a cab, but also by docking the lifting and deploying computer, a virtual unlock, so to speak during transport the trolleys cause vertical movements of the container, which are not desired.
- Particularly advantageous is a version in which two cabs are provided, one with a traversing range between a shipboard position and a directed in a quay position and a second driver's cab with an area above the loading corn, so that the trolleys without the container in its orientation to To move trolley, passed from one cab to the next, coupled and controllable in their lifting and Absetzposition.
- lifting and lowering operations of a container are possible only with the driver's cab attached.
- a preferred embodiment is proposed with a range common to the traversing areas of both cabins, in which a plurality of trolleys with attached containers can remain locked in order to be transported there by the respective other trolley to its final destination.
- the drive concept would be advantageously realized with two continuous chains, wherein in the gaps between the chains, the traversing ranges for the crane operator is in which the cats can be moved freely with the spreaders.
- the crane operator At each end of the chains there is a brake that stops the cat in the waiting position and prevents uncontrolled entry into the area of the crane operator.
- the crane operator will pick up the pulpit with spreader from this area by connecting cat with spreader and cat with pulpit.
- the crane operator moves the cat with spreader to the shorter circulating chain and releases the connection between the cats.
- the shorter cat moves the cat with spreader and attached container in the travel range of the second cab, which may also be automated in some circumstances, to be there again braked in the waiting position.
- Figure 1 shows a ship and a container bridge over the vessel in section, showing five cats with spreaders. Each spreader is on a different workflow and crane section
- Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the rail system with the structure of
- Fig. 4 shows a driver's cab with docked trolley when deleting the ship
- Fig. 5 shows a driver's cab with docked trolley when depositing the container on land.
- the container bridge 10 according to the invention with five trolleys 12 and two driver's cabs 14, 16 is shown.
- Individual containers 20 hang on spreaders under the driver's cabs 14, 16, as well as in a waiting position "A.”
- a plurality of further containers 20 are sketched in the belly of a ship 22.
- a container 20 is shown in detail with a driver's cab 16 , wherein it is clear that the trolleys 12 are mounted within the one double-sided circumferential rail 24 of the container bridge.
- FIG. 3 shows the land-based driver's cab 14 with a further trolley 12, wherein a container 20 in turn hangs on the spreader 30.
- a container 20 in turn hangs on the spreader 30.
- the U-shaped in a return range above the actual trajectory trained profile 24 can be seen. In this profile advantageously runs a, at least the entire upper region and a small end region at the bottom of the circulation covering chain for moving the trolleys with spreader upside down in the waiting position for the other crane area.
- the two cabs are not connected to the chain and have no need for automated guidance to the other side upside down, but each move only in their own traversing range, either above the wharf or between the ship and a waiting position between them.
- a further chain for moving trolleys can be provided, if necessary, a reversing variant can also be provided here,
- FIG. 4 shows the details of Fig. 3 in section, wherein a trapped in the trailing headrest trolley member with spreader with reference numerals 12A and spreader 30A is designated.
- FIG. 5 the perspective view of the container shown in FIG. 1 is repeated, wherein the container 20 located in a waiting position between the driver's cabs is shown hanging below the rails. Above the rails tension in the usual way to pick up the loads can be seen.
- the trolley guide has in this case with two vertically standing closed on the side supports of the container bridge extending guideways 24, consisting of a return above aT provided below normal guide with two deflection at the ends of the container bridge.
- the trolleys should be set up to be able to remain in a waiting position between the traversing areas of both driver's cabs 14, 16 with the container attached.
- the means for recovering the lifting energy should be suitably provided either with means for electrical recuperation with battery, or for electrical recuperation with mains supply or a hydraulic pressure accumulator.
- the container bridge is a device for effecting the circulation of the drive susion a circulating rope-like device on which the drive elements with a clamping device "hold” firmly, and from which the drive elements that have their own brakes when braked, can not be moved any further.
- the number 1 drive elements formed in a parking position verharrbar form while a single designed as a drive module module in the conventional manner over the entire width of the crane is designed to be movable.
