Dispositif de commande pour cage de laminoir (7) comprenant deux cylindres moteurs (4, 5), caractérisé en ce qu'il présente une transmission du type à entraînement à pignons à chevrons (3) comportant deux rouleaux dentés (15, 16), chacun de ces derniers pouvant être accouplé avec chacun des deux cylindres moteurs (4, 5) de la cage de laminoir (7), et en ce que les rouleaux dentés (15, 16) présentent un nombre de dents différent.
