Abstract

L'invention concerne un revêtement, destiné à des pièces en acier trempé ou en fonte, qui comprend deux couches. La couche interne est constituée soit d'un alliage zinc-cobalt renfermant de préférence 0,1 à 6 % en poids de Co, soit d'un alliage zinc-nickel renfermant de préférence 0,5 à 15 % en poids de Ni. La couche externe est un alliage zinc-nickel renfermant de préférence 6 à 18 % en poids de Ni. L'invention concerne également un procédé permettant de produire ledit revêtement, qui consiste à précipiter, par une technique électrolytique, la couche interne à partir d'un bain acide et la couche externe à partir d'un bain alcalin.
