- the invention relates to an automatically controlled linear window, said window having a drive mechanism for displacement of a wing, the window consists of the wing and a frame placed in an opening of a building.
- the usually used windows by the construction buildings are operated by hand. By opening of such windows the wings with glass sheets reach in the inner or outer space of the rooms or buildings.
- the sliding wings are arranged in the front of the wall and by opening of the window they are arranged one behind the other.
- the space for opening is reduced because one wing has to be arranged as a fixed panel and the guide rail for the sliding wing is arranged outside of the window's frame and this reduces the possibilities of architectonical arrangement of the interior or exterior of the building.
- Sliding or tipping windows provided by a driving mechanism are well known but with their parameters and functionnal features they interfere into the interior or exterior by that way that they are sliding on the external or internal wall or at least a fix half of the window is required without the auditority to open it.
- This type of driven windows are used as serving hatch or when there are no high requirements for the thermal insulation of the building. Due to the constructional arrangement of the guide track there is a high loss of the heat. Main disadvantage of these windows where the frame and wing are made of aluminium profiles are bad thermo-insulating properties due to unwanted heat bridges.
- the above mentioned disadventages are substantially eliminated by providing automatically controlled linear window where the wing is arraged within the frame and it is placed slidingly by means of chassis with wheels in a slideway also arranged within the frame, which consists of two asymetric profiles interconnected by insulating strip or from one profile without any disconnections of the heat bridges wherein in the lining of the opening of the building a hollow is made and there is a slot in the frame and the hollow is placed against and in the same line with the slot in which sealing profiles contacting the glass sheets of the wing are provided.
- the chasis of the wing is provided by a driver element placed in a driver which creates a drive system together with the drive unit.
- the entrance edge of the hollow is provided by a sealing plate.
- the drive unit is placed anywhere in the proximity of the frame eventually directly in the frame. It can be placed e.g. on the window ledge or in the frame.
- the drive unit is supplied by an electric motor charged from batteries which are charged from the net. This ensure a reliable function of the system also by short term fall-out of the electricity.
- the functions connected with the displacement of the wing are ensured by a mechanically or electronically controlled electrical circuit located on the window or through a remote control, also for more windows at the same time.
- the functions connected with the displacement of the wing are ensured by an electronic connection consisting of a source modul, logic control circuit and drive unit.

- the frame 5 consists of two asymmetrical profiles 51 , 52 which are connected to each other by means of a polyamid strip 15 which is responsible for the disconnection of the heat bridge.
- the glass sheet 20 is placed in the frame 5 .
- This glass sheet 20 is a double sheet insulated against the weather influences by means of the sealing profiles 26 along the whole periphery which are provided by a layer of terrylen flocks to minimize the friction forces.
- the automatically controlled linear window is driven by means of the turning movement of an output shaft of a worm steering gear which, together with the electric motor, are a part of the drive unit 9.
- a driven belt pulley 10 is pressed which drives the indented belt 11.
- the belt 11 is led through the system of rollers 12 and a reversing roller 13.
- a driver 18 placed on the indented belt 11 between the belt 11 and chassis 16 the wing 4 of the window is displaced.

- the automatically controlled linear window according to the invention can be used anywhere high requirements of the automatization the window movements without the direct engagement of a man and hihg heat insulating demads are set. This could be a case in the flats but above all in the industrial and administrative buildings. This type of window can replace the normally used windows with higher comfort for the user.
