Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à des dérivés d'haloéthyl-2-[ (2,6-dichlorophényl) amino] phénylacétoxy-acétate représentés par la formule (4), ainsi qu'à leur utilisation en tant qu'intermédiaire pour la synthèse d'acéclofénac, et plus particulièrement à des dérivés d'haloéthyl-2-[(2,6-dichlorophényl)amino]phénylacétoxy-acétate qui possèdent de puissantes propriétés analgésiques et anti-inflammatoires non-stéroïdiennes et peuvent servir en tant qu'intermédiaire pour la synthèse d'acéclofénac. On prépare ces dérivés en faisant réagir un nouveau composé (4) avec un catalyseur, Zn, et en effectuant une hydrolyse acide qui permet, dans un temps réactionnel court, de produire à haut rendement de l'acéclofénac de grande pureté. Dans la formule (4), R1, R2 et R3 sont identiques ou différents, et représentent respectivement des atomes d'hydrogène ou des atomes halogènes, R1, R2 et R3 ne pouvant tous représenter un atome d'hydrogène en même temps.
