Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour le pliage, par phases successives, de tôles métalliques et/ou de bandes (24) formées de tôles métalliques, sous forme trapézoïdale ou sous une autre forme utilisable industriellement, comprenant un cylindre compresseur (4) avec piston déplaçable (5), sur banc de machine (1), verticalement à horizontalement, avec appui de pression (9) disposé sur la tige (6) de ce piston, un plateau de compression (11) déplaçable axialement par rapport au cylindre compresseur (4), ainsi qu'une paire d'éléments de serrage déplaçables (2, 14; 3,15), chacun, dans le sens d'avancement des bandes à déformer (24) par phases successives, à distance, en avant et en arrière dudit cylindre compresseur (14, 15) et du plateau de compression (11), constitués par une enclume inférieure (2, 3) et un cylindre compresseur supérieur (14, 15) à tige de piston déplaçable (18) et barre de serrage associée (19), montées de manière à pouvoir se déplacer horizontalement par rapport au cylindre compresseur (4) et au plateau de compression (11).
