Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et une machine pour réaliser, par enlèvement de matière et formage combinés, des bagues profilées à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, de préférence à partir d'un matériau tubulaire, afin de fabriquer des roulements à billes et des paliers à roulement ou similaires. Ce procédé permet de combiner, successivement ou parallèlement, des procédés par enlèvement de matière, tels que le tournage, et des procédés de formage, tels que le laminage de tubes à profil axial et/ou le saignage sur une machine comprenant un dispositif de laminage intégré, de sorte que plusieurs bagues puissent être profilées simultanément à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, par enlèvement de matière et formage, et être prêtes pour le polissage. L'invention concerne également une machine pour mettre en oeuvre ledit procédé. Selon l'invention, aussi bien le profil intérieur que le profil extérieur de bagues peut être réalisé sans changement d'outils, par formage et/ou enlèvement de matière, de façon à être prêt pour le polissage.
