Abstract

Avec les exerciseurs habituels utilisés pour renforcer le système cardiovasculaire ou certains groupes de muscle, l'utilisateur est parfaitement conscient de chaque mouvement de son corps et de sa fatigue. Il est complètement concentré sur ses mouvements et sur cette fatigue. Avec un exerciseur selon l'invention, la concentration de l'utilisateur est détournée sur la maîtrise d'un jeu sur ordinateur et donc déviée, de façon ciblée, de la fatigue des mouvements du corps astreignants. A partir d'un entraînement dur et long on obtient un plaisir de jeu qui divertit. A partir d'une attitude de base sélectionnée du corps, il est possible d'effectuer plusieurs exercices dynamiques séparés. Avec le jeu sur ordinateur Tetris, par exemple, quatre exercices dynamiques séparés seraient nécessaires. Pour chaque exercice dynamique exécuté, une impulsion électrique est produite au moyen d'un capteur, puis conduite à un ordinateur et utilisée pour la commande d'un jeu sur ordinateur numérique (par exemple Tetris). A une pression de touche effectuée habituellement sur un clavier d'ordinateur avec un doigt correspond, selon l'invention, par exemple l'exercice dynamique consistant à ramener les jambes près du corps et à les étendre de nouveau en surmontant une force de résistance d'environ 600 Newton.
