Abstract

Mangan enthaltende katalytisch aktive Polyoxometallate der Formel(1) (Q)q (MnpAaXxYyMmOdZz(H2O)b) c H2O und Verfahren zu deren Herstellung. Die Symbole Q, A, X, Y, M, Z, q, p, a, x, y, m, z, d, b und c haben folgende Bedeutung: Q steht für eines oder mehrere Kationen ausgewählt aus der Gruppe H, Li, K, Na, Rb, Cs, Ca, Mg, Sr, Ba, Al, PR?1R2R3R4 und NR1R2R3R4 mit R1, R2, R3 und R4¿ = H oder C¿1?-C20-Alkyl, C5-C8-Cycloalkyl oder Aryl; der Index q liegt im Bereich von 1 bis 60, insbesondere im Bereich von 1 bis 40 und beschreibt bei einwertigen Gegenkationen gleichzeitig die Ladung der anionischen Einheit; Mn ist Mangan; der Index p liegt im Bereich von 0,1 bis 10; A ist ein Heterometall und steht für eines oder mehrere Übergangsmetalle der 2. bis 8. Nebengruppe außer Zn, insbesondere Ru, V, Ti, Zr, Cr, Fe, Co, Cu, Sn, Ni, Re oder Os; der Index a liegt im Bereich von 0 bis 10; X steht für eines oder mehrere Elemente ausgewählt aus der Gruppe Ga, B, P, Si, Ge, As, F, Cl, Br und J; der Index x liegt im Bereich von 0 bis 10; Y steht für Sb, S, Se, Te oder Bi; der Index y liegt im Bereich von 0,1 bis 10; M steht für eines oder mehrere Übergangsmetalle ausgewählt aus der Gruppe Mo, W, Nb, Ta und V; der Index m liegt im Bereich von 0,5 bis 60; Z steht für eines oder mehrere Anionen ausgewählt aus der Gruppe OH?-, F-, Cl-, Br-, I-, N¿3-, NO3-, ClO4-, NCS-, SCN-, PF¿6?-, RSO3-, RSO4-, CF3SO3-, BR4-, BF4-, OAc-, mit R = H, C¿1?-C20-Alkyl, C5-C8-Cycloalkyl oder Aryl; der Index z liegt im Bereich von 0 bis 10; der Index d steht für die zum Ladungsausgleich notwendige Anzahl von Sauerstoffatomen und b und c sind Zahlen im Bereich von 0 bis 50. Die beschriebenen Oxidationskatalysatoren aktivieren besonders gut peroxidische Verbindungen und Sauerstoff.
