Abstract

Ce procédé de réalisation de revêtements de terrains de sports se décompose en plusieurs phases. Première phase: Pose d'une première couche (3) composée essentiellement d'un granulat de caoutchouc enrobé, d'une mousse, ou d'un mélange des deux. Deuxième phase: Mise en place de ladite première couche sur un terrain essentiellement plat, par exemple un ragrément au mortier au sable, au béton, à l'asphalte, à l'ahnydrite, au bois, au panneau aggloméré ou autre en intercalant entre les deux premières couches une couche adhésive (2) constituée par exemple de colle ou d'un film adhésif double-face. Troisième phase: Pose d'un tapis (5) destiné à abosorber un liquide facultatif visqueux vulcanisable contenant une substance plastique, ce tapis (5) étant réalisé en fibres tissées ou non tissées, en un matériau poreux, en matériaux contenant des fibres adhérant entre elles, à structure en nid d'abeilles ou autre. Quatrième phase: Mise en place de ce tapis (5) sur la première couche en intercalant par exemple de la colle ou un film adhésifdouble-face. Cinquième phase: Application sur ce tapis (5) dudit liquide facultatif visqueux vulcanisable contenant une substance plastique, comme par exemple un mélange binaire de substance plastique en dispersion dans l'eau de façon que le liquide imprègne complètement le tapis. Sixième phase: Vulcanisation du liquide pour constituer une surface répartissant les contraintes et d'une dureté Shore D de 50-90. Septième et dernière phase: Application d'au moins une couche de finition (7) d'une dureté Shore A de 70-90.
