Abstract

Afin de pouvoir changer aisément de position un malade alité sans qu'il ait d'effort à fournir et en évitant les escarres (décubitus latéral), le lit est pourvu, sur ses deux côtés longitudinaux, d'un arbre (4a et 4b) pivotant vers le haut ou d'un dispositif de serrage. Les arbres (4a et 4b) enroulent et déroulent un tissu (7) tendu au-dessus du matelas (3). Le malade est changé de position par rotation coordonnée des arbres (4a et 4b) ainsi que du levier (5a, 6a; 5b, 6b) ou par un autre positionnement d'un dispositif spécial.
