Abstract

Afin de simplifier un procédé permettant de recouvrir la surface de pièces mises en forme, en bois massif ou en contreplaqué, et d'obtenir une surface de meilleure qualité, il est prévu d'introduire la pièce de bois (3) mise en forme dont la surface doit être recouverte, à plat dans un espace creux (2) dont la paroi intérieure présente un léger écart par rapport à la pièce de bois, dans la zone de la surface à recouvrir, ce qui crée, entre la paroi intérieure et la surface à recouvrir, une fente (6) de largeur sensiblement constante qui s'étend sur toute la surface à recouvrir. Il est prévu de faire le vide, au moins en partie, dans l'espace creux (2), de remplir ledit espace creux avec un matériau liquide de recouvrement de surface, pendant ou après l'opération de mise sous vide, et de faire durcir le matériau liquide à l'intérieur de l'espace creux, une fois la fente complètement remplie.
