Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren und Vorrichtungen zum Gießen von Bauteilen aus Metallegierungen nach dem Kippgießprinzip, bei welchem ein für einen Abguß dosiertes Schmelzequantum über einen großen Anschnittsquerschnitt durch Drehen der Gießvorrichtung turbulenzfrei aus einem Gießbehälter (30) der Gießform (31) in den Formhohlraum (1) befördert wird. Zur Vermeidung von Oxidbildung und Gefügeschwachstellen wird die Schmelze aus einem Dosierofen unter Schutzgas in einen mit der Gießform verbundenen Gießbehälter gebracht und von dort ebenfalls unter Schutzgas in die Gießform befördert. Hier erstarrt die Schmelze unter erhöhtem Gasdruck auf die Speiserbereiche des Gußteils, wobei dessen Eigenschaften im Hinblick auf feinkörniges, dichtes Gefüge mit hoher Belastbarkeit und maßgenauen Oberflächen erheblich verbessert werden.
