Abstract

Dispositif transportable pour rectifier les culasses de moteurs à essence ou Diesel. L'invention concerne un dispositif transportable permettant de rectifier (de surfacer) les culasses de moteurs à essence ou Diesel lorsque le moteur a été démonté. La figure 1 montre qu'il est constitué d'un plateau porte-outil (1) qui se pose sur deux cales (2) en leur milieu, elles-mêmes posées sur la longueur de la culasse. Un système de bras de serrage (3) se pose sur les orifices latéraux de la culasse et y est fixé par boulons. Puis les cales sont enlevées, la position de l'appareil sur la culasse est alors contrôlée au moyen de comparateurs (4) et réglée une dernière fois grâce aux réglages du système de bras de serrage (3). L'outil (5) permettant d'effectuer la rectification de la culasse est ensuite monté sur le plateau (1) porte-outil. Un système d'avance longitudinal, transversal et vertical du système porte-outil manuel ou motorisé permet, avec la mise en rotation (par moteur) du plateau porte-outil muni de son outil, d'effectuer la rectification de la culasse. Lorsque l'appareil n'est pas posé sur une culasse, des pieds réglables (6) en longueur permettent au dispositif de ne pas reposer sur le porte-outil. Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné aux garagistes, ateliers réparateurs d'automobiles, de tracteurs et de bateaux et à tous les ateliers de mécanique de précision qui ont à effectuer des rectifications de culasses de moteurs Diesel ou à essence.
