Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d'un matériau stratifié ou de pièces stratifiées pour palier lisse, selon lequel on effectue, en vue de former une couche de liaison en argent pur entre un matériau ou une pièce support monostratifié ou polystratifié et un alliage à couche lisse appliquée par électrodéposition, une électrodéposition de la couche de liaison en deux étapes, à savoir, une préargenture, avec formation d'une couche de pré-argenture d'environ 0,1 νm à environ 0,5 νm, suivie de l'application d'une couche principale d'argenture d'environ 2 νm à environ 10 νm. Les bains d'argenture électrochimique de ces deux étapes ont des compositions en substances sensiblement identiques, avec toutefois des différences importantes de concentration, en particulier une concentration en argent, à l'étape de pré-argenture, nettement moins élevée que dans l'étape principale d'argenture. Pour former la couche de liaison en argent pur sur les couches supports en aluminium, on procède, avant la pré-argenture, à une pré-métallisation par application d'une couche très mince d'au moins l'un des métaux suivants: zinc, nickel, cuivre, fer. Cela peut s'effectuer de préférence par l'intermédiaire d'un liquide approprié d'immersion de l'aluminium.
