Definitions
- the invention relates to a mobile shredding machine, comprising a shredding device arranged on a chassis.
- Such mobile shredding devices are used for shredding stone or wood waste. However, they can also be used for comminuting waste, where the waste can contain inorganic and / or organic components. Finally, these devices are used for shredding green residues or for composting.
- the invention has for its object to provide a shredding machine of the type mentioned, the shredding tools are subject to minimal abrasion and therefore do not have to be replaced frequently, nor contaminate the shredded material in an undesirable manner by abrasion.
- this object is achieved in that the comminution device is formed by two rotatingly driven, interacting endless drives, each of which has rows of rows of interchangeably interchangeably arranged crushing tools, and that the crushing tools of one endless drive are opposite to the other Breaking tools of the other endless drive are offset transversely to the direction of rotation.
- the crushing tools in the rows arranged one behind the other are offset from one row to the other transversely to the direction of rotation and preferably form chisels coated with Widia metal.
- Figure 1 shows a partially sectioned, schematic view of the mobile
- Figure 2 shows the mobile shredding machine according to Figure 1 in plan view
- FIG. 3 shows the mobile comminution machine according to FIG. 1 in a front view.
- the chassis 1 shows the chassis 1, which can be easily and quickly connected at one end to a tractor or a wheel bearing in a "1-man system” using a quick-change shoe 2.

- the frame 4 of the chassis 1 is supported on the side of the trailer drawbar 3 on a pendulum support wheel 7 and is supported by two wheels 5.
- An adjustable hydraulic drive device 6 is provided for the wheels 5, by means of which one of the two wheels 5 can be driven to drive forwards or backwards or by means of which both wheels 5 can be driven. In this way, the chassis 1 can be rotated on the spot about a vertical axis.
- the chassis 1 or its frame 4 carries a housing 10 for a shredding device 11.
- a housing 10 for a shredding device 11 On the front of the housing 10 there is a fold-out housing section 12, which is shown in broken lines in FIG. 2 and is clearly recognizable in the front view of FIG.
- This section 12 of the housing 10 contains a drive unit 13, which contains all the electrical, hydraulic and electrohydraulic drive means, as well as the associated electronic controls, which are required for the smooth operation of the mobile comminution machine.
- On a display panel 14 there are only schematically shown display and operating elements for the drive unit 13. The functions of the various elements of the mobile shredding machine are continuously monitored.
- Corresponding display elements are arranged, which indicate all faults in the operation of the hydraulic system in the area of the engine, oil, water and air filter.
- a filling funnel 15 on the input side of the shredding device 11.
- This filling funnel 15 is arranged on the housing 10 in such a way that it can be folded away from the shredding device 11 with the aid of a hydraulic pivoting device, as a result of which the shredding device 11 is used for maintenance and Inspection ⁇ purposes, as well as for work in the area of comminution tools.
- a pushing fork 16 is articulated at a pivot point 17 on the upper side of a funnel 15.
- the shredding device 11 consists essentially of two interacting endless drives 20 and 21 of different lengths.
- Each of the two endless drives 20 and 21 contains, for example, one or more chains which are guided or driven via chain wheels 22 and 23, respectively.
- Each endless drive 20 and 21 carries crushing tools 24 and 25 as comminution means.
- the endless drive 20 contains rows of crushing tools 24 arranged one behind the other in the circumferential direction.
- the crushing tools 24 are aligned in the circumferential direction.
- the crushing tools 24 can also be arranged offset from one row to the other transversely to the direction of rotation.
- the endless drive 21 is designed accordingly, so that here, too, rows of crushing tools 25 are arranged one behind the other in the circumferential direction, wherein the crushing tools 25 in the different rows can be arranged in alignment in the circumferential direction or offset transversely to the circumferential direction.
- the arrangement is such that the crushing tools 25 of the endless drive 21 are arranged in the interaction area or comminution area of the endless drives 20 and 21 between the crushing tools 24 of the endless drive 21.
- the individual crushing tools 24 and 25 are practically wear-resistant, i.e. very wear-resistant, which is achieved, for example, with a Widia coating * and are attached to the endless drives 20 and 21 in conventional plug-in devices in an easily replaceable manner.
- the running speed of the endless drives 20 and 21 can be set continuously or continuously on the drive unit 13, the setting of the speed of the endless drives 20 and 21 taking place independently of one another and also the setting of forward running and backward running is possible.
- the running speed is set as a function of the feed speed of the material to be shredded so that on the output side of the endless drives 20 and 21 the desired degree of shredding is achieved.
- the lower, or in the illustrated embodiment, first endless drive 20 includes a first portion 20 A, the ltrichters is located immediately below the insertion 'Jl 15 and the receiving material to be shredded to supply it to a second portion 20 B connected to the second or upper endless drive 21 cooperates.
- the second or upper endless drive 21 is arranged above the second section 20 B of the lower or first endless drive 20.
- the upper or second endless drive 21 is arranged to be pivotable about the axis of the drive or deflection wheel 23.
- the housing 10 also contains a magnetic separator 26 at the outlet of the comminution device 11, with which magnetic or magnetizable substances can be extracted from the comminuted material. Furthermore, on the output side of the comminution device 11 there is a conveyor belt 27 for discharging the comminuted material from the housing 10.
- This conveyor belt 27 is shown in FIG. 1 in its operating position, in which it receives comminuted material and conveys it away.
- This conveyor belt 27 is pivotally arranged on the housing 10 and is folded with a conventionally designed pivoting device from the operating position shown into a transport position, which is shown in broken lines and in which the conveyor belt 27 is held in the transport position by means of a central locking device of a known type. The conveyor belt 27 assumes this position when the chassis 1 is moved.
- the following rubbing lines are provided on the housing 10: Under the exit side of the shredding device 11 is an earth and stone separator 28, which cooperates with a conveyor belt 29 leading away from the housing 10 and is arranged on the feed side in front of the conveyor belt 27.
- This earth and stone separator 28 separates earth material and stones from the shredded material emerging from the shredding device 11 before this shredded material is picked up and discharged by the conveyor belt 27.
- an additional conveyor belt 30 is provided below the lower or first endless drive 20, which under certain circumstances picks up parts of the shredded material carried by the breaking tools 24 and prevents them from causing contamination in the hydraulic drive 6 for the wheels 5 of the chassis 1 .
- the additional conveyor belt 30 is arranged and operated in such a way that the material falling thereon is fed to the earth and stone separator 28.
- the hopper 15 can optionally be provided, which cooperate with appropriately designed endless drives 20 and 21.
- the endless drives 20 and 21 can, if necessary, be arranged other than horizontally.
- the pressure fork 15, the magnetic separator 26, the earth and stone separator 28 and the conveyor belt 29 associated therewith and the further conveyor belt 30 can, if not necessary, also be omitted or replaced by other similarly acting means.
- the conveyor belt 27 for discharging the shredded material can also be arranged differently than in the specifically illustrated embodiment in order to achieve the same purpose.
- the comminution device 11 is arranged in a particularly preferred manner on a chassis and is therefore mobile. It goes without saying that essential properties of the comminution machine according to the invention are realized in the same way if the comminution machine is set up or operated in a stationary manner.
