Abstract

Résine polyacétal non touchée par la délamification ni par d'autres problèmes de moulage et de traitement dus à la résine de polystyrène ajoutée pour améliorer diverses caractéristiques de la résine polyacétal. Ladite résine polyacétal permet d'obtenir un article moulé présentant un excellent état de surface, un frottement et une abrasion réduits, et un retrait de moulage diminué. La composition comporte de 55 à 95 parties en poids d'une résine polyacétal, de 43 à 3 parties en poids d'une résine de polystyrène thermoplastique, et de 20 à 2 parties en poids d'une résine acrylique thermoplastique, à titre de troisième composant, représentant une quantité globale de 100 parties en poids, la combinaison de résine polyacétal et de résine de polystyrène étant sélectionnée de manière à obtenir une valeur prédéterminée de fluidité en fusion.
