Definitions

  • the invention relates to a sliding door, of which at least one wing is coupled to a drive element driven by a braked gear motor via an interposed electromagnetic clutch, the wing or wings also being connected to an auxiliary drive supplied with energy by the closing movement of the wing or wings is.
  • the electromagnetic clutch When the electromagnetic clutch is in the de-energized state, the leaf can be moved into the open position by the auxiliary drive, the self-monitoring, additional electronic control unit forming a door safety module being activated by a program switch for the automatic movement of the door leaf.
  • the devices mentioned there serve to switch an electromagnetic clutch and also to monitor the opening of the sliding door wing and the self-diagnosis of control elements and components.
  • the object of the invention is to be able to use such doors, in particular in public buildings, with regard to their functional reliability and the safe transfer to an open position in the event of danger or in the event of a malfunction of the door actuation system.
  • the sliding door must be monitored for opening due to an opening imouls of the motion detector and its control must be equipped in such a way that an automatic function test of the auxiliary device is possible.
  • the intrinsic safety of monitoring the automatic sliding door for opening after an opening pulse of the motion detector and with regard to the automatic function test of the auxiliary drive should be given.
  • a fault message When opening the door on an obstacle, a fault message must be acknowledged and a function test can be carried out automatically after the fault has been eliminated.
  • a function test In the event of a power failure, when the door is used as an escape or rescue route door, an immediate opening must be ensured via the auxiliary drive, and a self-test of the door must also be carried out automatically after eliminating the power failure.
  • the object is achieved according to the invention in that a door security module with different program sequences and program controls is created.
  • at least one motion detector and at least one limit switch are assigned to the door security module.
  • the door security module is advantageously connected between the opening motion detector, program switch and limit switch, on the one hand, and standard control, electromagnetic clutch and display devices, on the other hand.

  • the opening of the sliding door can be monitored for an opening impulse of the opening detector, for example in the case of escape and rescue route doors, by this impulse of the opening detector starting the timing of a timer.
  • This impulse is passed on to the standard control of the sliding door via the start logic.
  • the associated limit switch Before the specified time of the timer has expired, in the case of two-leaf at least one door leaf, the associated limit switch must have passed over in the open direction. If the predetermined time of the timer has passed through the door leaf before the limit switch has been passed, the electromagnetic clutch is switched off, so that the auxiliary drive for moving the sliding door leaf into the open position is activated.
  • This auxiliary drive now tries to open the door based on the program control. If the door can be opened, the door leaf remains in the open position and must only be closed again by activation.

  • the time between two function test sequences depends on the energy storage used, which must be recharged during this time, for example.
  • actuation of the program switch is required to switch on the sliding door, the electromagnetic clutch being switched off in the closed position of the door leaf and the timer for its short-term expiry being started at the same time.
  • the auxiliary drive is then recognized as faulty if the door leaf is not moved in the same way via the associated limit switch before the short-term expiry. in the In the event of a fault in the auxiliary drive, a permanent pending opening impulse is sent to the standard control system, which supplies the electromagnetic clutch with current.

However, as has been shown in block 3, the program switch can also be brought into a night exhibition, which triggers the same function of the clutch. With the program switch in automatic position, the waiting time for unlocking is activated in block 5. In the subsequent function test (8) the auxiliary arm is activated. If the auxiliary drive is in order, block (3) 'is signaled via a connection that the clutch is switched on again and the normal loading is drive of the automatic sliding door can be maintained.
  • the door security module (26), which performs these functions described above, can either be constructed discretely or can also be available as a fully integrated module.
  • the sequence of monitoring the main drive shown in FIG. 6 proceeds as follows:
  • the motion detector (27) triggers the long-term start (47). This is necessary to open the door in a certain time. If the limit switch is passed within this predetermined time, the block (48) reports this to the main drive (50). This means that the main drive is in order and safe operation of the door is guaranteed. If the limit switch (29) is not reached within the predetermined time, the command to the clutch is given via block (51), which must be disengaged. At the same time, however, a command is also sent to the error message (44) and thus signals the error to the outside. If the time has expired, feedback is also given to the beginning at the same time, and a new attempt can be made to move over the position of the limit switch (48).
  • FIG. 7 A flowchart of the function test of the auxiliary drive can be seen in FIG. 7; the clutch with the clutch command (51) is separated from the drive motor (16) via the start command (52). As soon as the clutch (17) has been disconnected, the auxiliary drive acts in such a way that the stored energy in the energy store is released and the door leaves are moved in accordance with the desired movement. This sequence of movements must have elapsed within a predetermined time (55). This time is significantly shorter than the long-term addressed in block (47). If the limit switch is passed within this predetermined time (55), the drive is informed via message (48) that the auxiliary drive ( 56) is fully functional.
  • a corresponding command of the time comparison (49) is given from the program block (48) to the start of the short time start (51). This ensures that the entire opening or closing process can be carried out again. However, if the test has failed, this error is reported via block (53). Now the program control tries to move the door via the main drive. For this, a clutch command (54) is given, which connects the clutch (17) to the drive motor (16) again. Now the door security module (26) tries to move the door with a larger time unit via the time start (47). If this occurs within the specified time, a clutch command (54) for engaging the clutch (17) with the drive motor (16) is carried out via the limit switch monitoring (48).
  • the time comparison (49) gives a new message to the auxiliary drive in order to carry out the same sequence of movements again.
  • the time sequence (49) could not move the door element on the second start, an attempt is made again in this case to open the door by means of the main drive.
  • alternately either the auxiliary drive or the main drive try to move the door element. This attempt is continued until the door element has moved accordingly and a message indicates the successful opening or closing of the element. Since there is a fault in the system in such a case, it is necessary to restart the entire smooth operation of the sliding door system, which must be done manually.
  • All tests to be carried out either with the auxiliary drive or with the main drive must, as already shown, run within a certain time. If the tests do not run within this time, this indicates a stiffness or an accident. In such a case, the door is in any case brought into the safe position in which there is no danger for the people walking on it. In the case of an escape and rescue route door, this means that the door remains in the open position and at the same time issues a fault message to a control center. These tests also run continuously on doors in continuous operation. The time period for the test run can be specified by appropriate programming.
  • every movement from the motion detector to the door movement is monitored. If the motion detector detects a movement, it provides the door security module with the information, for example 'open door'. This passes the information on to the control of the main drive and expects the door to open within a predetermined time. If the main drive is unable to open, the door safety module (26) automatically switches to the auxiliary drive and simultaneously issues a fault message. If the direction of movement of the door is blocked by an obstacle (eg a shopping cart) and a fault message is given, the system must be put into operation again after the obstacle has been removed. To do this, the program switch must be operated accordingly and then set to the desired operating mode. The fault message is automatically deleted and a self-test of the automatic sliding door is then carried out immediately.
  • the motion detector detects a movement, it provides the door security module with the information, for example 'open door'. This passes the information on to the control of the main drive and expects the door to open within a predetermined time. If the main drive is unable to open, the door safety module
  • the program switch there may also be another emergency stop switch which, when actuated, opens the door leaves, for example in the case of an escape and rescue route door, through an emergency opening module.
  • the door safety module (26) issues a fault message after switching to the auxiliary drive.
  • the fault message is cleared by a corresponding unlocking of the emergency stop switch and the door system is, as is fully ready to drive.
  • the door leaves on the escape and rescue route door are opened immediately by the auxiliary drive in the event of a power failure.
  • a fault message is also issued again.
  • a self-test of the auxiliary drive is carried out again.
