Abstract

On a mis au point un procédé et un appareil permettant la détection d'objets mobiles à silhouette définie par rapport à un écho parasite de fond. On utilise un sous-système (12) de corrélation afin d'enregistrer le fond d'une image actuelle (mémoire d'images 1) avec une image prise deux périodes de temps plus tôt (mémoire d'images 3). On crée une première image de différence par soustraction des images enregistrées, la première image de différence étant filtrée par un filtre (34) passe-bas et son seuil établi par un segmenteur (36) à trois niveaux. On crée une seconde image de différence de la même manière entre l'image actuelle et une autre image prise à une période de temps ultérieure différente. On filtre et on établit le seuil de cette seconde image de différence de la même manière. Les deux images de différence sont combinées de manière logique par la porte ET (39) dont la sortie est reliée à un formateur, à une trieuse et à un extracteur (40) de caractéristiques. On crée des fichiers de suivi dans une UC (16) afin de comparer les caractéristiques d'images extraites ultérieurement avec des caractéristiques extraites stockées antérieurement.
