Un appareil cylindrique de gymnastique et de physiothérapie, surtout pour des exercices de physiothérapie dont le but est de détendre et de soulager localement la colonne vertébrale, comprend un corps de base (1) formé d'un tube capable de soutenir élastiquement le poids du corps humain et entouré d'un revêtement (3) fixé au corps de base (1) et rempli d'un matériau de remplissage (2) de 5 à 100 mm d'épaisseur susceptible de se déformer élastiquement.
