- the present invention relates to a digital 'servo * system, and more particularly to a digital servo system suitable for controlling the position of an object having low frictional resistance.
- Fig. 1 is a block diagram showing the flow of main control signals in a digital servo system using transfer functions and the like.
- the position (motor rotation angle) field By feedback, a deviation from the position command is detected, amplified by the position gain ⁇ , and output as a speed command Vcmd.
- the speed command is compared with a feedback value of the speed (motor rotation angular speed), a deviation E thereof is detected, and the deviation E is amplified and output as a torque command Tcmd. If the torque command is larger than a load such as frictional resistance, the motor can be driven.

- a digital system comprising: a torque command generating means for outputting a torque command; and a motor driving means for moving the object in accordance with the torque command. It increases in response to the output of the means and reaches a predetermined saturation value, and decreases rapidly and approaches 0 when the output of the speed deviation detecting means becomes zero.

- a torque command generating means for outputting a torque command value to the motor according to the output of the speed deviation detecting means
- Reference numeral 7 denotes a motor driving unit that moves the object according to the torque command.
- the torque command value Tcmd in the torque command means & increases according to the output of the speed deviation detecting means to reach a predetermined saturation value, and the speed deviation detection When the output of the means 5 becomes 0, the output is rapidly decreased to approach 0. As a result, the moving object is stopped quickly by the frictional resistance of the system, so that it does not vibrate by manipulating that the target stop position is excessively far.
- FIG. 4 is a diagram showing an example of a hardware configuration of a digital servo system according to the present invention.

- the torque command value T cmd shown in the embodiment of the present invention is a series updated every clock cycle (for example, 2 ms ec).
- the torque command value in addition to the above-described conventional advantage that the torque command value once increases monotonically, the torque command value does not become abnormally large due to having the saturation value. As soon as the actual speed deviation from becomes zero, the torque command value starts to decrease and the moving object stops due to frictional resistance. There is no vibration around.
