Description
Bretterartiges Element, insbesondere für Betonschalungen,Board-like element, especially for concrete formwork,
Baugerüste und ZäuneScaffolding and fences
In Anwendung befinden sich ebenfalls Ausführungen, bei denen wenigstens eine Aus- senseite des aus Schichtholz bestehenden Brettes einenConcrete shell boards made of plywood with horizontally or vertically running layers firmly connected by adhesive are known. Versions are also used in which at least one outer side of the board made of laminated wood has one
Has protective covering made of plasticized, hardened phenolic resin or the like. Board-like elements made of plywood, which form a solid whole with synthetic adhesive, enjoy longevity and stability and are relatively relatively safe from damage, nevertheless the construction industry prefers for cost reasons and because of the high weight and the cumbersome ¬ Chen processing largely ordinary wooden boards. The latter have a lower resistance, absorb moisture easily and the reprocessing of damaged surfaces is cumbersome and also complex. Formwork boards equipped with a protective covering made of plastic produce smooth surfaces in the concrete walls produced therewith, which is undesirable in many cases because of the deteriorated adhesion of attached building material cladding. It is also a major evil that third bodies, such as fastening and connecting parts * (nails, screws, wires, etc.) driven into the formwork boards leave open holes after removal, which if necessary - in a special, time-consuming operation, must be patched leaving traces.
The present invention relates to a board-like element, in particular for concrete formwork, scaffolding and fences according to the preamble of patent claim 1. According to the invention, these objects are achieved with the features mentioned in patent claim 1.

In the manufacture of the board-like element, a flowable mixture of adhesive, car tire and rubber granules is simply passed onto the stabilization structure 1. The passages of the latter are automatically filled tightly. When the flowable mixture hardens, a tough-elastic covering layer 2 is formed, which after a certain time is non-positively connected to the stabilizing structure 1 by adhesive bonding. The profiles of the stabilizing structure 1, which run in the longitudinal and transverse directions, can cross one another and lie welded to one another at the crossing points or be connected in some other way. The profiles running in the longitudinal and transverse directions can have different sizes and shapes from one another.
The surface protective covering 5 consists of a mixture of hollow glass beads and polyurethanes, not shown in particular. When the surface protective coating 5 is applied in a flowable state, the said hollow glass spheres float to the surface before hardening and assume almost flush or slightly protruding positions, so that this is roughened. The surface protective covering 5 can be rolled, coated or sprayed onto the covering layer 2.
3 and 4, the stabilizing structure and the encapsulation layer 2 are located in a rectangular tubular steel frame 6.7 Leg 8 directed above, which forms an edge protection for the encapsulation layer 2 on all four sides of the element. 5 and 6, a mesh-like reinforcement insert 9 made of metal, plastic, glass, carbon fibers or the like is arranged between the covering layer 2 and the surface protective covering 5. One surface of the element is provided with wedge-shaped grooves 10, although there are three longitudinal profiles of the stabilizing structure 1 between each of two grooves lying next to one another. The reinforcement insert 9 replaces transverse struts. The troughs 10 are narrow in the case of a small radius of the curved element (FIG. 6, upper part), but larger in the case of a larger radius (FIG. 6, lower part). 13 denotes the concrete wall, which is located between two board-like, curved elements spaced apart from one another. In the embodiment according to FIGS. 7 and 8, suspension elements 14 are attached to the element, which are bow-shaped and are fastened to the stabilizing structure 1 by welding.
