- the present invention relates to a friction material composition for parking lining of an automobile or the like.
- Friction material compositions for metal-based pre-cleaning are known.
- the conventional friction material for mold-type cleaning for friction molding contains an organic substance as a binder, so that the organic substance is rapidly decomposed at low temperatures. It is known that a so-called fade phenomenon in which the coefficient of friction lowers occurs.
- glass has recently replaced glass. Breaking using fibers, aromatic polyamide fibers, etc., has been reported.
- Aromatic polyamide fiber is an organic substance like phenolic resin, and if the aromatic polyamide fiber decomposes during the friction control, the aromatic polyamide fiber is fed. It is likely that a phenomenon will occur.

- a polymer that is a left amide As an aromatic polyamid fiber, there is also known a polymetaphenylene isofamide fiber. However, when the polymer is used as a fiber base material, the feed characteristics are inferior.
- the valved aromatic polyamide cuts partially crush the aromatic polyamide fiber itself, and the weaving partially splits and cuts. It has been pulp-shaped.
- Substrate fibrous is composed by the composition ratio of chopped glass fiber and pulped aromatic polyamid fiber, which constitute the fibrous base fibrous, and the composition ratio of all base fiber. Affects the wear rate and friction coefficient of the friction material composition.
- the composition volume ratio of chopped glass fibers to pulped aromatic polyamide fibers hereinafter, referred to as “the volume ratio”.
- the wear rate increases significantly as the percentage of chopped glass fibers increases.
- the coefficient of friction is high in the total composition ratio of the chopped glass fiber and the pulped aromatic polyamide fiber, and the composition ratio of the chopped glass fiber is increased. They tend to grow larger as they grow.
- the composition ratio of chopped glass fiber and pulped aromatic polyamide fiber is preferably 1: 1 to 1: 9.
- the composition ratio of the chopped glass fibers to the pulped aromatic polyamide fibers is larger than 1: 1, that is, the chopped glass.
- the rate of wear increases.
- the composition ratio of chopped dog birch birch fiber and pulped aromatic polyamid is less than 1: 9, the wear rate is reduced or the friction coefficient is reduced.
- the composition ratio of the whole base Karabai is in the range of 30 to 40%
- the crude ratio of pulp aromatic glass fiber to pulped aromatic polyamide fiber is 1 9-7: 3 is good.
- the composition ratio of chopped glass fibers to pulped aromatic polyamide fibers is greater than 7: 3, that is, the composition ratio of chopped glass fibers. As the value increases further, the wear rate increases. In addition, when the composition ratio is smaller than 1: 9, the wear rate increases similarly.
- composition ratio of the whole base fiber is in the range of 40 to 60%
- the composition ratio of the chopped glass fiber to the pulped aromatic polyamide fiber is 2: 3-4: 1 is good.
- the composition ratio of chopped glass fibers and pulped aromatic polymer fibers is less than 2: 3 ⁇ and greater than 4: 1, the wear rates are both increased. Increases.
- the binder it is better to use X-nor resin binder.
- the phenolic resin binder is one or more phenols such as phenol, cresol, and the like, and formaldehyde or aldehyde. Refers to a resin-based binder obtained by condensing with a compound that is the source of urea.
- Unmodified phenolic resin is preferred because the phenomena of phenomena are difficult.
- the mixing ratio of the phenolic resin-based binder is preferably ⁇ 7 to 23% . If the mixing ratio is less than 17796, the material strength will be insufficient. If it exceeds 23%, The required porosity cannot be secured, and the feed deteriorates.
- Organic or non-aqueous powdered BC mixes include graphite, friction modifiers such as sulfurized molybdenum, lead sulfide, antimony trisulfide, and cashew.
- Organic dusts such as dusts, silver powders, silver powders, etc.
- Inorganic compounds such as barium sulfate, magnesium oxide, zirconium oxide and cryolite are used.
