Definitions
- the invention relates to a piece of seating or rest furniture according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the waterbed has appeared on the market as a modern type of dynamic bed.
- the waterbed has significant disadvantages by being relatively large
- DE-GM 1708 191 discloses a seat which is suspended from a swing frame and which can also be locked if necessary.
- Such a swing frame like the device according to the above-mentioned DE - PS 1 124648, is not suitable for installation in a bedroom or living room.
- the invention has for its object to provide a dynamic seating or relaxation furniture that allows the user to move in three coordinate directions with relatively low weight and low price with a familiar external shape even in the presence of only small impulses.
- FIG. 1 is a schematic front view of a single-stage dynamically mounted bed frame in a perspective view
- Fig. 2 is a schematic representation of a three-stage dynamically mounted bed frame in perspective
- Fig. 3 shows a variant of the bed frame
- Fig. 2 for use in a conventional
- Fig. 1 shows a frame 10 which is conventional per se, but which differs from the customary frames because of its suspension on cable pendulums 11. Instead of the usual kiss, the kiss was interrupted in the longitudinal direction. The corresponding parts were connected to one another via arms 17 and projecting lugs by means of a rope pendulum 11. Dadurc it is possible to set the upper part 12 of the frame 10 in a reciprocating movement relative to the lower, fixed part 13. The designs of the two parts 12 and 13 of the frame 10 only have to be chosen so that a mutual striking of the upper and lower part of the frame 10 is avoided during the pendulum movements, since this would be perceived as annoying.
- Pendulum length of the counter pendulum 14 the pendulum movements of the upper part 12 of the frame 10 are increasingly reduced, and - as mentioned - without any reaction.
- the adjustability of the effective pendulum length of the counter pendulum 14 can, for example, by means of a vertically adjustable counter holder 15, for. B. in Porm of a ring comprising the individual strands of the counter pendulum 14. This can be done either in stages or continuously.
- both the pendulum length and the weight of the user fundamentally influence the characteristics of the pendulum 11. It has been shown that the sleep seeker in the different sleep phases emits differently frequented impulses to the vibrating seating or relaxation furniture. In order to always obtain an optimal oscillation amplitude of the oscillatory structure even with the different pulse frequencies, different natural frequencies of the oscillating system are therefore desired during sleep and the subsequent sleep phases. A time-controlled switch-over is ruled out, however, since the duration of the individual sleep or sleep phases is different for each individual and can change from time to time even for the same individual.
- the upper part 12 and lower, fixed part 13 of the frame 10 can be connected to one another by a multi-stage, for example three-stage, pendulum suspension.
- a multi-stage, for example three-stage, pendulum suspension in addition to the rope pendulum 11 there are rope pendulums 21 and 31 which are functionally connected in series with the rope pendulum 11.
- the upper. Part 12 is first about that
- Rope pendulum 11 then connected to the lower, fixed part 13 via the rope pendulum 21 and finally via the rope pendulum 31.
- the individual steps of the pendulum suspension can be arranged on the long side as well as on the narrow side, also "around the corner".
- the rope pendulums 11, 21 and 31 in Fig. 2 have different pendulum lengths from level to level. However, the pendulum lengths are the same within one step. Resulting from it then inevitably also different natural frequencies of the individual stages. In this way, the entire frame 10 is equipped with several natural frequencies, so that with changing pulse frequencies during the individual sleep phases, the first, the second or even the third stage is excited with the natural frequency, so that even with changing pulse frequencies a relatively large deflection is always guaranteed is when at least one of the several stages is excited at natural frequency or almost at natural frequency.
- a modified system in which the fixed lower part 13 is designed so that it can be put in a normal bed box.
- This also makes it possible to dynamize a bed frame 19 which is customary per se without any noteworthy conversions.
- a flat frame 20 is used, which takes over the task of the lower fixed part 13 of the bed frame and on which the movable upper part 12, which corresponds to the movable part of the bed frame, with the aid of the pendulum systems 11, 21 and 31 is suspended hanging free. The effect is the same as described above.
- the two parts 12 and 13, which are movable relative to one another can be locked against one another by means of a flip-over or pivotable tab, so that the dynamic bed then only has the effect of a static bed Has.
- two individually oscillating systems can also be coupled to one another.
- the counter pendulum 14 Although it is fundamentally possible to design the counter pendulum 14 as a single strand, in many cases it has proven to be advantageous to construct the counter pendulum 14 from a plurality of strands, since this makes a difference Liehe design of the base for the points of attack of the individual strands of the counter pendulum 14 different effects can be achieved in the corresponding directions. While none of the directions is preferred when using a circular base, the effects of the counter pendulum will be different in the individual directions with a square, rectangular or oval base. In the direction of the long sides of the rectangle or oval there is practically the effect of a longer counter pendulum 14, while in the direction of the broad sides of the rectangle or in the direction of the smaller diameter of the oval there is the effect of a shorter counter pendulum 14.
- the pendulum effects in one or the other direction can be individually selected by the user.
- the longitudinal elasticity of the individual strands of the counter pendulum is of considerable importance in the action of counter pendulum 14. This is because it generates the forces required for braking or return forces.
- an effect of the counter pendulum 14 should either be completely avoided or should be negligible.
- the arms 17, 27 and 37, which are suspended on the cable pendulums 11, 21 and 31, are advantageously designed so that they do not protrude laterally beyond the seat or Iiqgeflache of the upper part 12.
