Abstract

The arm (2) of the frame (1) of the spinning device, which carries laterally the take up roll (3), is offset with respect to the axis of the other arm. The flange of the bobine (7) comprises at its center a blind hole. The support frame of the spinning device is formed of two vertical parts (8) assembled to an upper headstock (9), to two cylindrical girders (10) and to the lower portion of the motor protection casing (11). It is supported by four removable legs (14) attached to the frame by means of bolts (40). The girders (10) are also used for hinging the protection hoods of the spinning device and for nesting support girders (18) of twisters, for making skeins and for filling bobbins and spools of looms. These girders are secured against motion by means of a cone clamped by a screw. The electric motor is fixed on the plate (38) which slides in the guiding print (49). The twisting device formed with a vertical frame (19), two pins and two spindles (33), locked by the snug (34), carries the bobbins (20 and 21). The device for turning the yarn into skeins is comprised of a star (23) with three branches of which one is broken away to carry a slackener arm (35). The apparatus for filling the spools fits in one of the girders (10) by its excentric axis carrying the rollers of the device.
