Abstract

Le procede et le dispositif servent a regler la profondeur de penetration d'une presse a plier hydraulique. Ils permettent un ajustage des butees de profondeur (3) du sommier de pression (4), sans qu'on ait besoin de lever le sommier de pression de la piece a travailler. Les butees de profondeur (3) sont soulagees temporairement par une pression dans les cylindres agissant en sens inverse du sommier de pression (4), par exemple dans des cylindres a double effet, (2) sans que la pression sur la piece a travailler ne soit diminuee. Cela permet un reglage precis de la profondeur de penetration en une seule operation. Le procede est applicable sur des presses a plier possedant un limiteur de course mecanique ou hydraulique.
