Abstract

El presente invento brinda un método para elaborar un artículo elastomérico que incluye preparar una composición polimérica fibrosa no entretejida para impregnarla en una capa de superficie elastomérica de acrilonitrilo-butadieno carboxilado y, en particular, para fabricar guantes para uso industrial y doméstico. Al impregnar un molde en un coagulante basado en sal. seguido de su impregnación en una dispersión elastomérica y finalmente en un revestimiento fibroso compuesto polimérico, se prepara un artículo elastomérico de utilidad. El invento también provee un artículo eslatomérico que tiene una primera capa que comprende un polímero natural o sintétuci y una segunda capa adherida a la primera capa, que comprende un revestimiento fibroso compuesto polimérico. El revestimiento fibroso compuesto polimérico incluye al menos un elastómero o mezcla de lastómeros, una fibra o mezcla de fibras,un agente tensioactivo y una cera micronizada. El recubrimiento puede estar en forma de espuma, brinda un mejor manejo de la transpiración para el usuario y no se desprende.
