Abstract

Derivado de indol representado por la fórmula (I) o una sal del mismo, y un compuesto farmacéutico que contenga el derivado o la sal: en la cual R1 representa alquilo inferior; R2 representa hidrógeno o fenilo que puede estar sustituido por al menos un alquilo inferior, un alcoxi inferior o un átomo de halógeno; R3 representa hidrógeno, alquilo inferior, alcoxi inferior o fenilalquiloxi que puede estar sustituido por halógeno o alquilo inferior; R4 representa hidrógeno o alquilo inferior; y n representa un número entero de 1 a 5. Este compuesto tiene el efecto de bloquear los receptores a(alfa)1-adrenérgicos e inhibir las testosteronas 5a(alfa)-reductasas, y es útil para el remedio y/o prevención de enfermedades causadas por superproducción de dihidrotestosterona, como por ejemplo hipertrofia de la próstata y padecimientos que acompanan la misma, como por ejemplo trastornos urinarios, alopecia y acné. Ej. no limitante: 4-{3-{3-metoxi-4-{1-(4-metilfenil)-3-[4-(2-metoxifenil)piperazin-1-il]propoxi}benzoil}indol-1-il}butanoato de potasio.
