Abstract
LA PRESENTE INVENCION SE REFIERE EN GENERAL A LOS METODOS DE HIDROFORMACION Y CONJUNTOS DE MATRIZ, Y MAS PARTICULARMENTE A UN METODO DE HIDROFORMACION Y CONJUNTO DE MATRIZ PARA HIDROFORMAR UNA PIEZA METALICA TUBULAR EN FORMA QUE SE EVITE LA NECESIDAD DE UNA OPERACION DE PRECOMPRESION PARA INSERTAR L A PIEZA DE MATERIA PRIMA DENTRO DE LA CAVIDAD MATRIZ Uno de los objetivos de esta invención es eliminar la necesidad de una operración costosa de precompresión mientras que se utiliza una pieza matriz tubular que se conforma mucho mejor a los contornos de la cavidad de la matriz. La figura 1 es una vista en planta lateral que muestra el extremo longitudinal de un conjunto de matriz de hidroformación de la presente invención con una pieza matriz tubular oval posicionada dentro de la estructura de matriz inferior y la estructura de la matriz superior en su posicion abierta o levantada
