Abstract

Composición de bebida (en particular una bebida cola) que comprende sucralosa y uno o más compuesto de ácido tánico, donde por ejemplo el o los compuestos de ácido tánico se seleccionan de galotaninos con un peso molecular de desde alrededor de 200 hasta alrededor de 1900 y método para su preparación, donde los compuestos de ácido tánico se encuentran en una cantidad eficaz para reducir el dejo dulce persistente de las bebidas endulzadas artificialmente, asociado con la sucralosa. Se incluyen aquellas composiciones que comprende además por lo menos un edulcorante nutritivo o edulcorante artificial de alta intensidad (como acesulfama-K, ciclamato o alitama) además de la sucralosa; como también aquella donde el edulcorante adicional se selecciona de los edulcorantes nutritivos sucrosa y jarabe de maíz de alta fructosa. En especial se incluye la composición que presenta las características descritas y que comprende además por lo menos uno de los siguientes: (a) un agente sazonador o más; (b) un colorante artificial o mas; (c) un aditivo vitamínico o más; (d) un preservativo o más; (e) un aditivo de cafeína o más; (f) agua; (g) un acidulante o más; (h) un espesador o más; (i) un agente tamponador o más; (j) un emulsionante o más; (k) un concentrado de jugo de frutas o más.
