Abstract
La presente invención describe un procedimiento de preparación de una materia alimentaria a base de soja, en el cual se revisten las habas de soja con un compuesto glucídico, y a continuación se las tuesta. Luego, se describe la preparación de un producto pulverulento soluble instantaneamente, según el cual se muele la materia alimentaria obtenida, se efectúa una extracción acuosa de dicha molienda y se deshidrata el extracto obtenido. Además se reivindica una materia alimentaria que se presenta en forma de habas de soja revestidas de un compuesto glucídico, que luego se torrefactan y un producto pulverulento soluble instantaneamente en forma de extracto acuoso deshidratado, de una molienda de dicha materia alimentaria.
