Claims (4)

  1. 글루시드 화합물로 대두를 피복한 뒤, 볶는 것을 특징으로 하는, 대두기재 식품의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에서 청구한 방법으로 얻은 식품을 분쇄하고, 분쇄물을 물로 추출하며, 얻어진 추출물을 탈수시킴을 특징으로하는, 가용성 인스턴트 분말의 제조방법.
  3. 글루시드 화합물로 피복한뒤, 볶은, 대두 형태인 식품.
  4. 제3항에서 청구한 분쇄된 식품의 탈수 수성 추출물의 형태인 가융성 인스턴트 분말.
